Loved this! Great statement dress! Definitely long for my 5’4” frame, but worked with platform sandals. Highly recommend!
I loved this dress, wore it to tea at a botanical garden and it was perfect. However m 5’6” wore a 2 inch wedge and the dress was dragging in the grass. Swishy fabric, odd neck, total success for me, but be aware of those issues.
Obsessed with the print and material of this dress. It is a “loud” dress in that it is very swishy (parachute-type nylon(?)) and the print is bright. 😍 Wore to a garden wedding; it was unexpectedly cold that day so I threw on a leather jacket. I loved it so much but wish it was a little longer. I am 5’8” and it was fine for flats but would have been short in heels.
This dress was fun and easy to dance in. the material is lightweight, with space for breathing. The only drawback was the neckline which is a drawstring. Due to that design, there was constant slippage, and I had to keep adjusting the neckline. The arm holes are deep; get ready to reveal the bra underneath, or a peak-a-boo is possible. I only wore it once.
Love the loud print and length. You sound like you're jogging in a windbreaker with the fabric but it's fun.
Overall Fit
Just right
Loved this. The noise was not bothersome at all that some people mentioned. I loved the cool silkiness of the material & the weight of it to drape. I used the tie to make a halter & then wore a belt of my own & tucked the back down into the dress. Just looked a lot more flattering & had seen another reviewer do the same. Def long but wore it with 3" cowboy boots & it was fine! Just barely grazed a quarter inch above the ground.

I wore it with and without a belt. It was fun to wear as it made me want to twirl like a little girl. I might have done so despite being far from a little girl's age.
A happy making dress.Pockets.unusual material is kind of loud when you walk but this dress is so cute I did not care.
The material of this dress sounds a bit shower curtain-esque when you move, but it was vibrant and so fun to wear! You can't be a ninja in this dress, but if you're looking to be loud and proud - rent this! Starting your RTR journey? Use my code for 40% off your first 2 months of any membership: RTRFAM0489AE
It runs large so size down. I have rented this more than once I love the look of it and the unique material
Tie around your neck and then around the middle waist with the other strap! Tuck the back in and voila! Much better dress this way
I had to put a belt on with it since it’s big but I loved the material and it has pockets.
I know other reviews say it’s “swishy”, and it is slightly, but I really didn’t notice. Wore on a boat to a dinner cruise. It was SO perfect. The tie neck allows for adjustment and was cute tied in the front with a bow. Pockets, the twirly flow, the vibrant color - all amazing!!! Got so many compliments. I’m tall and it was floor length which is amazing for us tall gals! Threw a cashmere wrap over it so this picture doesn’t do it justice. Would definitely rent again!
This dress is so awesome. It has a really cool fabric composition, so it’s swishes as you walk. It’s a vibe. Just super flowing and elegant and cool to the touch. Got SO many compliments, and am considering buying!!! LOVE.
So I almost didn’t rent this dress because of the reviews. But I’m soooo glad I did. It’s darling, the print is super bright and fun. It looks like you’re wearing pop art. Yes, the material is similar to a wind breaker and is a little swishy sounding, but who cares! It keeps the wrinkles out and helps you make an entrance.
I paired the dress with a white denim jacket. It’s a big (literally) loud statement dress. I wore to an outdoor kids charity event.
Amazing texture it’s kind of like nylon! Super light for Texas in the middle of the summer, also the necktie is adjustable so you have some leeway on the shape. It was maybe half an inch long so wear platforms if you’re short like me
So, yes. The other reviews are correct; it is large and loud. BUT. This dress was perfect for Palm Springs and one of my favorite fits. Seriously. It was bold. Colorful. Comfortable. Cute. Would actually rent again!
I love the print and even the fit were amazing, but I ended up not wearing it cuz it was so tent-like, super loud (swishy) and just an odd fabric choice. I love everything else about this! so just bummed it was made of tent material
In this case, it means swishy tracksuit material. Like audible swishies. I believe expectations are everything so very rarely do I rent something without a review for comparative analysis. I took a chance on this one & LOL. Positives: (adorable) bow halter provides adjustable length (however it's still quite long- I'm 5'3 and I could make it a lot shorter but I still needed a 3-4-in heel). Will work for taller. Has pockets! If you're good with the nostalgic sounds of a 90's tracksuit it's cute.
Size on body fit fine but was way long (I'm 5'4"). Beautiful bold color/print but material is polyester. Felt like waterproof, plastic jacket. Could be beach coverup since sand would probably slide off.
Huge! Too wide and too long. Strange rain coatish material.
This is the most comfortable thing…ever. So I ended up wearing it around the house for the weekend. I could never pull this off in real life, maybe on vacation…maybe. It’s very yellow, lots of fabric, and literally is super loud to walk in due to the hammock-material it’s made out of. Having said all of that, I’m super jealous of the cute girls in other photos who wore this. Just not for me.
Material is weird. Long. Wore w platform sandals
This dress is super fun and comfortable. It was great for an easy look to run errands and go to appointments. It also taught me that yellow, as fun as it is, is not my color! The fit was good but it was a bit difficult to adjust and tie properly at first. I couldn't quite get the top positioned right or the bow to lay nicely. But with a bit of play, I ended up pulling it up higher and scrunching the fabric along the ribbon. However it still was low under my arms and a bandeau bra was difficult to hide (see picture). I only learned AFTER wearing it all day while braless that my nipples could be seen through the white flower petals. Oops! Now for the fabric...I'll share my 18 year old daughter's impressions. "Rain coat much? Also I can hear it and it's pretty annoying, even if it does warn me you're coming. Please don't wear that dress around me." At least she said please. But I wore it around her anyway. lol
This dress is beautiful! The colors are vibrant and it looks expensive (because it is). I love the umbrella fabric, it’s fun and unique. It is long though. I am 5’7” and with 3inch platforms I still had to be careful walking in it. Very roomy and flowy so can go some sizes down or stick with your size - almost like one size fits all.
I love this dress! I wish it wasn't $700 to buy it, otherwise I would. The fabric is definitely a unique material (like a windbreaker) but it makes it fun. It has pockets and an adjustable halter tie. It was so comfortable and got many compliments on it. You could wear this very casually or dress it up for an event. Love it.
Nylon material wasn't too breathable for summer heat but nice and loose/flowy to still be comfortable. So many compliments, it's a really fun beautiful print. Brightness of the yellow stands out. Also fit worked very well in 5mo pregnancy.
Really liked it, got many compliments! A few things about this dress: -Yes, the fabric swishes, but I liked that it was different and didn’t bother me -It is long, but slightly adjustable. Being tall, I loved having a maxi long enough for once! But you can tie the straps tighter or looser to adjust length. Can also tie the bow in different places to give slightly different look. -It is definitely oversized everywhere, so not super flattering, but it’s the style and cute! Also, size down if between sizes for sure. -Has pockets, but didn’t add bulk, loved! -I actually wore the dress backwards. Since the front top has a stitch in the middle to keep the tie in place, it can bunch on only one side, but the front/back are identical, so if you wear it backwards the top is better! -Sides are low, would definitely show a bra. But again, you can tie the top tighter/higher and it would make the sides tighter as well.

I didn't love the fabric but it wasn't a dealbreaker for me. There is a lot of fabric and the dress runs really big, I went down 2 sizes. I like the way it ties at the neck and the print is really cute. I didn't get to wear the dress because it was too cold but might rent again in the future.
It’s such a gorgeous print but like other users mentioned the material is a little funky (cross between a rain jacket and a parachute); it definitely runs large and would be better if you’re tall
I'm 5'5" and the dress was WAY too long on me. As others noted, it's also very "swishy" due to the material. Unfortunately, my 5 year old had to bluntly inform me "Mama, that dress is too big. You should send it back." So I will be sending it back.
Loved this dress in the picture and was disappointed to discover upon its arrival that it is made from a rain-jacket-esque plastic-y material, that, in addition to (personally) feeling a bit ridiculous in (though I could imagine some gals rocking it), was very noisy and swooshy with the slightest movement. Maybe that auditory element could be a fun feature for some but altogether it made the dress unwearable for me. I do like weirder/edgier stuff so I could see myself as the right customer, but it was just too much. Also ran a bit large, but think that's workable given the overall maxi style.
the fabric feels like parachute fabric
This dress is so cute until you make the slightest movement, wherein the rain-jacket-like material gives you a big SWISH. Such an odd material! Wouldn't rent again!
WORST DRESS IVE EVER RENTED. The fabric in no way is a poplin. This dress resembles the touch, feel, and sound of tent camping material. Its got major breathability issues and makes a swoosh noise. I rented to wear for a vacation and could never imagine sweating bags while wearing it. Promptly complained to RTR for fabric description not being accurate enough to represent this dress. Rent if you dont care about sweating in a sauna bag.
