Floral Mesh Cocktail Dress

I felt like an elegant lady in this dress I wore to a black tie optional wedding. If I had more occasions to wear gorgeous dresses, I’d need to own this beauty!

Wore to a wedding in Carmel. Fit well thru bust, waist and hips. A bit snug thru shoulders when dancing but manageable. Also a bit tight when walking but really…how much power walking do you do in a fancy dress ;-). The embroidery does tend to fray as mentioned by another review.

It was the perfect match for my Royal Ascot fascinator, good quality and comfortable.

This dress was so fun to wear. It was beautiful and classy. I got so many compliments. I wore my usual size 6 and it fit perfect. I loved this dress so much.

I wore this dress to the Derby and it couldn’t have been more perfect! I’m usually between a 4/6 and had a size up to a 6.

I wore this dress to my daughter’s wedding and I felt like a million bucks in it. Seriously no less than 30 people complimented me on how good I looked. Doesn’t look great on the hangar but when you put it on you just feel like the designer knows women. The only issue I had was finding the right bra to wear with it. The back goes down a little too low for a strapless bra. I was desperate so my daughter told me to use boob tape which I did and it was perfect! You won’t regret this one. It fit me really well and pretty snug but not bad with my spanx so I was comfortable all night.

I wore this to a gala. The embroidered floral pattern is just stunning. The back has a clasp behind the neck and then about a five or 6 inch peep hole and then the zipper. It had a little more green color than I was expecting, but it didn’t distract from the classic look, just surprised me. I received several compliments. I wore a very good strapless padded bra as I find this designer tends to make the cups for fuller breast. I’m a 34 A. I completed the look with oversized pearl earrings, a small vintage wool purse which belonged to my MIL in the 50’s and a black leather closed toe sling, as it was early December in Denver. Loved it!

My sister ended up wearing this since my first dress was perfect. She loved it and got so many compliments! He kept describing it as “vintage wallpaper pattern” which perfectly explains the stunning embroidery. She also loved that the arms were NOT restrictive at all.

Felt like a million bucks and very elegant. Might not have been able to dance/move fully freely in it, but it is glamour to the core to offset that.

Great fit and received plenty of compliments. I wore it for an evening work event. The theme was "botanical garden" so it was perfect! I would also consider wearing it for afternoon tea :)

I loved everything about it. Both my regular size 6 and the backup size 8 fit great. So I wore the 8 for a little extra comfort to sit and dance. The brocade-style details are gorgeous. It’s elegant and flattering. So many compliments!

I wore it to a fancy retirement party and felt gorgeous the whole time. It’s been over a year since the event and I had a friend recently tell me she still thinks about this dress. It feels a little stiff, but too pretty to care.

The back is fairly low, the top is shear. All other comments are very helpful. i wore a “SHAPERX” Strapless Shortie Bodysuit ( loved it!) and also used Boob tape too! People loved the dress and I felt great in it. I wore the larger size 14. Perfect for my Son’s wedding!

I have a larger chest and broad back so I should have chosen a size up for my back up size so it would fit more comfortably on the chest area. My true size is 12 and the body fit well but the chest was tight.

Comfortable and chic. I think this dress would probably look better on someone taller. I'm 5'7 and had on 4 inch heels.

Thank goodness I received 2 sizes ! I’m 5’4 144 lbs and the 14 fit perfectly …so glad I got my dress from Runway received so many compliments …it’s truly a beautiful dress

This dress was absolutely perfect for a cool spring day! I got rave reviews from many of the wedding guests. This dress was very slimming, soft and comfortable. The 10 fit fine, but I wanted to be comfortable and not wear any "spanks," so I wore the 12.

Fit like a glove and got a million compliments. Only hitch was the little hook on sheer mesh back didn’t stay hooked and had to reconnect probably 6x over the course of the evening. It was also a bit “loose” at the mesh back (maybe has been stretched out a bit). But 100% recommend this beautiful dress!

I ordered the 2 and the 4. They felt almost exactly the same except the 4 had more space for a larger chest. The dress is snug, but its meant to be, so not the best if you'll be dancing. But it was comfortable to sit and move around it and was really beautiful.

Embroidery very pretty- doesn’t really show in person. I am either a 6 or 8 in dresses. Wore the 8 for this dress. It is comfortable, but fitted without much give. Loved the dress from the front, but the back has an odd gaping at the top. I posted a picture in case it might make a difference to someone. Received a lot of compliments- wore to my formal company holiday party.

Another RTR win! Endless compliments with this dress. It was comfortable, formal, and just the right amount of coverage for a work holiday party. 10/10.

Note that the waist cinches! I was normally a size 0 at the time so glad I sized up. Got lots of compliments on this look and I loved the floral sheath. Remember it's tight so hard to climb into an SUV.

Beautiful and comfortable. Lace was not itchy. I wore for a November wedding. I did wear a nude strapless bra but really needed a black strapless. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Gorgeous dress. Fit like a glove. Wear your miracle suit or Spanx underneath! Felt great in it and received lots of compliments. Great for a fall wedding or formal affair. Hit above my ankle. Wore my usual size 4.

Wore this to a fall wedding in Maine and it was perfect for the setting! A little tight in the hips and butt, as others have mentioned, but I was able to dance. Sized up to a 10, the 8 didn’t fit

I got so many compliments on this dress. I wanted something special for the occasion but was hard to find something i liked without sequins and that didn’t look matronly. This was perfect! It fit well, maybe a little small for size. I usually wear size 12-14 and I wore the size 14. There is no give in this dress and you will need a strapless bra, preferably black. It is a very lovely high-end dress.

Marchesa Nottw dresses are truly feminine and the lace work is phenomenal. This is a column style dress that hits like a midi length. There’s no give in the fabric and runs small as other reviewers have stated so order up at least one size. I am typically a 10 but the 12 was a much more comfortable fit. Very happy with this selection!

Form fitting, yet elegant. Very comfortable with high style.
