Gauze Midi Dress

Loved this dress! Runs large, I sized down 1 size per other reviews and it was still just a little large. So flattering, I ended up purchasing. Madewell does it again!

Madewell always runs a little big, normally a size 2 and it was huge, sized down for 0 and maybe could even go 00, but the arms would likely be too snug. It's lightweight and comfortable, but does attract hair/lint.

Thought this would be a good dress to wear for late fall but it’s more of a summer/early fall dress. It’s very casual and it ran big so seemed a bit frumpy on me. I loved the pockets but unfortunately did not wear since it was too big on me and not appropriate for the event I wanted it wear it to.

Pre-pregnancy am size 00 in madewell, 105 pounds, 5'2. I sized up to size 2 and have been wearing this at 32-35 weeks / 130ish pounds. It has been fitting wonderfully without any weird gaps in the buttons around the belly. Easy to unbutton and step into the dress. I didn't think the V was too deep for work

Love how versatile this dress is! I wore it to work, class, errands, etc. My arms are a little on the bigger side so I unbuttoned the sleeves all the way. Other than that- perfect!

This dress checks all of my boxes: comfy, cute, and versatile! I wore this to brunch and also to work and it worked perfectly for both occasions. If you have a larger chest make sure to get the correct size as one of the buttons did pop open on me when I made a big movement

it's a low cut front..I have full boobs which looked great in this dress.. it's very comfortable and lightweight..I wore it several times.

Rtr app said the size 6 was the right size for me, but I was absolutely swimming in it. I loved the quality and cut of the dress and it would have been perfect for day to day running around or dressed up for a brunch, but it just did not fit.

Perfect dress to pack on a trip! Is a great weight, length and has short sleeves. Pair it with a leather or jean jacket and throw on a scarf to maximize your packing. Love this dress and May end up buying it!

Easy breezy dress that could be worn to run errands, go to work, or out on a casual date night. Got so much use out of it and may consider purchasing, I wore it so much.

Loved wearing this dress I got so many compliments. Love the 100% cotton and pockets. The fabric was a dream. Wish it came in more colors. My only issue is some of the buttons wouldn't stay closed but it wasn't a big deal

Fits nicely/TTS. Some buttons came undone while wearing once or twice, but loved the dress. Easy to throw on, very comfortable, and flattering.

Loved this dress. Ended up wearing it on multiple different occasions (casual work dinner, brunch, etc) as it's easy to be dressed up or down. Nice quality and material great for late winter/early spring (but may be a bit hot to wear in the dead of summer). Fit was a bit oversized (similar to other madewell dresses I've worn) but in a flattering way. Not too long & could still wear flats.
