This dress was amazing and I received so many compliments. I wore the small and my husband had to help me zip up the back, as it was a little snug. But it fit better than the medium and helped cinch my waist. I used fashion tape to ensure the dress stayed in place in front. The fit was great! The top is a little heavy on top because of the ruffles, but I think that also helps keep the dress up on your shoulders. While it’s deep in the front, it’s very classy. The slit on the side of the dress wasn’t really noticeable. Again, a lot of pleated material, but very flattering. I wore 3 inch heels and the dress was just above the ground. The blue color was amazing and perfect for the “seaside” theme of the gala. Highly recommend!!

I received so many compliments all night—people literally said, “Let me take a picture girl !” I normally wear a size Small, but it was unavailable so I took a chance on the XS. Thank goodness I did—it fit like a glove.

The pleats, the ruffled neckline, and that gorgeous deep blue color gave total queen vibes. The slit added just the right touch of drama without being over the top. Perfect for a special dinner, wedding, or any event where you want to feel elegant and unforgettable.

If you’re on the fence, go for it. This dress made me feel radiant from start to finish.

I wore this to a black tie wedding and got SO many compliments! There was only an XS available so I took a chance and am so glad I did! It was tight in the ribs, but that’s just due to my height so it hit me in a different spot. Otherwise I love how it was so fitted in the chest, I didn’t have to worry about it gapping at all.

The dress is an absolute beauty.  The chest area is huge so it felt like lots of extra material…I love this gown!

The fit was so flattering, the structured style of the dress fit me perfectly and looked amazing. Compliments all night and already had multiple people asking for the dress for their events. 

I got SO many compliments on this dress and felt so great in it. Wore it to an outdoor wedding in North Carolina in May and still felt comfortable. Like the other reviews stated, the zipper for some reason does not zip all the way? It was not too tight but only zipped off the body. However, the back is a V so you can't tell and wore it anyway. Was so worth it! 

I ordered this for a photo shoot to commemorate my 40th birthday. The photographer and everyone else at the shoot were just in awe of it. I have zero regrets about this order (although I realize the dress may have been the star of the shoot). 

A couple of notes about the fit:

- I am heavier on the bottom so I went with a smaller size. If you’re heavier up top I would size up. 

- I’m not quite 5’4’’. I wore 4” heels and it was perfect.

This dress is amazing!! SO gorgeous, super fun to dance in, beautiful fabric and color, very flattering. I got compliments on it all night and felt stunning. XL fit like a glove. Definitely pay attention to the sizing. 

The gasp I gusped when I tried this on 🤩 was super flattering, fit perfectly, and is a beautiful color! I definitely needed some top-tape, but had 20+ compliments and absolutely loved this dress! 

a little big around the bust area so could have sized down but otherwise so flattering!

i did need to invest considerable time into the stick-on bra, but it was worth it. if i were to rent again i would try a size smaller. feels very high quality and lays nicely.

Very well structured gown. Recieved a ton of compliments. Would buy but it's a wear once type of dress bc everyone will remember it!

I ended up wearing the medium. Neither the medium or the large would fully zip, but because the back comes to a V no one could see. The Large is for very well endowed gals. Medium was roomy on top too. The dress weighs a ton. It's so lucious and beautiful in color and quality of fabric. 

I don’t normally go for this shade of blue but the shape/ruffles made me want to try it- I got so many compliments throughout the night and thought it fit true to size. The ruffles on top made the dress heavier than expected - not mad about it, just something to note. 

If you’re questioning— just do it! Wore as a guest to black tie/formal wedding. I got compliments all night. The color and style are just as good in person. I’m 5’6 186lbs usually size 10-12, size XL on. Boob tape and double sided tape to hold the dress are non-negotiable.

This was one of my favorite rentals to date. Wore to a friend’s wedding and got compliments all night. Wanted to but makes more sense to rent when I need her for another event. Amazing dress. 

I will say I ordered the large for backup and it fit well but the pleats weren’t as pronounced so the look was a bit off, but I am glad the medium worked out because the pleats looked more fresh.

the amount of compliments I got ... about 5 different people came up to me and were like "I saw your dress from across the room and need to know where you got it!!!"  Def would recommend safety pinning the bottom or using some fashion tape bc does gape when sitting. 

I’ve come to the acceptance that I will never top this dress. Truly the best dress I have ever worn to a wedding 

Rented for a black tie September wedding and it was perfect! By far one of my favorite rentals ever. Definitely more of a statement given that the shoulders are quite pronounced, but loved the color and pleated material. Waist definitely runs small- stuck with my true size medium and it fit, but was almost uncomfortably tight. Probably would’ve been better suited for a large but made it work.

Loved this dress! Wore this to a friend's wedding in Italy, and it was perfect.

Rented for a friends wedding and got so many compliments! I had a feeling this might be tighter around the ribcage from other reviews so I sized up from my normal size S and it was perfect. Despite the larger air it wasn’t too big up top. So fun to dance in!

Wore this to a black tie wedding in Maine. It was very comfortable and such a unique dress and beautiful color. Truly felt like a one of a kind dress. Boob tape is definitely a necessity to keep the top from gapping too much, but no need to wear a bra with the way the ruffles lay.

I was nervous it was going to be too risqué for a wedding but it worked great! Loved so much. got so many compliments. Felt very secure and comfortable. Wish I owned 

I was sooo worried this dress would be an over statement at the wedding I was attending. I didnt know the bride too well, and my parents told me not to rent it for the deep V. When I received the dress I was a bit worried of this low cut - BUT I wore it anyways and received soooo many compliments - the color is just unreal, even the bride told me she loved it. Although I had hesitation, I am so glad I rented it. Also do SIZE UP! I ended up wearing a size 12 and I am usually a size 6. do it do it do it. 

Wore this to a wedding in the south of France. I absolutely loved the vibrant color and design. The waist fit well but the top was very large. I had to use fabric tape to hold the fabric along the bust. The sizing of Lidèe dresses is a little hard to figure out but always worth the risk!

With some fashion and boob tape, this is STUNNING! I’m 5’5 and wore 3.5 inch heels and it was just slightly long, but manageable. The color is gorgeous, the side slit gets you some air for warmer weather, and the sleeves are super fun! I’m less than a year postpartum and felt gorgeous in this dress!

The compliments kept coming! I wear between a 4-6 in pants and went with the small. The medium was a bit more comfortable but too big in the underarms , a bit droopy.  The only real fitted spot is at your natural waist.  I’m 5’7” and with 3” heels you could just barely see my shoes.  Traveled well, no pressing needed.  Would 100% purchase, felt like a million bucks.

I loved this dress! The shoulders were a little loose and I struggled some with the chest gaping, but I managed!  And yes, I did get a compliment from Brittany Aldean!

Loved this dress, only reason it’s not 4 stars is with a larger chest it was so hard to make them look good and it was also a bit on the shorter side 

4.5 stars! It was a tad large on me as I am petite with a very short torso. No problems with the length! I’m 5’2. However, the dress is so beautiful and elegant and nothing a safety pin can’t fix. I got stopped multiple times and was told how beautiful this dress is. This blue is absolutely stunning wore to a wedding anniversary in Palm Springs

Really big in the bust area but otherwise great

Loved how wonderfully this dress fit, especially being small on top, but the rib cage was too tight with the band around it and no hook & eye closure to zip up. Barely made the zip happen due to no stretch in rib cage. Other than that the length and fit was excellent everywhere else. Not sure if you’re larger on top that you’d want this dress as it’s extremely low cut. Tons of compliments!

Loved this dress! Did feel that the top portion was a bit baggy on the sides and couldn’t figure out how to pin it. Could be that I’m on the smaller chested side so I didn’t fill out the top. But quality was great. Loved the pleated material. The waist band is fitted and snatches you in 

My most complimented dress ever!!! Super comfy to sit and dance in

Get this dress! This dress got SO many compliments. I used some fashion tape to make it a little less of a deep v since I was going to a southern black tie wedding and it needed to be just a hair less scandalous. Highly recommend for any black tie event. One thing to note: I’m 5’7 and when I took off my heels it was brushing the floor. I had to pick it up when walking up stairs so I didn’t trip.

Wore for a beach wedding. The waist fabric made the waist feel a little tight, but overall fit like a glove! There was some gapping in the chest when i sat down, but nothing some fashion tape or pasties can’t fix. Loved. The adjustable back strap to keep the sleeves from falling off my shoulders. So many compliments!!
