Gatsby Organza Dress

Fabric is stretchy, light-weight, and the texture makes it very forgiving! And of course the sleeves are all the fun! Sized up based on other reviews and the 10 fit perfect!

So many compliments, I sized up because it was the only size available, still worked but I could have fit down 2 sizes.

True to size

Wore for a charity casino night. So flattering! Chest is tight and sleeves have to be adjusted throughout the night but loooooooved and got so many compliments!

I got many compliments and it was so comfortable. I’m not sure if this has happened to others, but the dress left marks on my arms (see picture) that have lasted for about two weeks and are just starting to fade. I would definitely wear it again but just a warning!

This dress is unique and gorgeous, beware the sleeves are painful and itchy, but it’s worth it. Tons of stretch, it’s very comfortable other than the tulle sleeves. Tons of compliments and unforgettable piece.

The sleeves are the standout feature of this dress. It's one of the few strapless dresses I've worn that I never had to pull up once throughout the entire night, and I received tons of compliments! As others have mentioned, the sleeves are a bit itchy, but nothing too uncomfortable. I wore the dress for at least eight hours without any problems. I paired it with the small silver Tory Burch bag available on RTR and a pair of silver kitten heels. At 5'9", if you're tall and looking for an ankle-skimming dress, this one fits the bill. Additionally, if you want to cover your arms, as I do at 65, this dress meets that requirement as well. One last note: the fabric is very forgiving, and wearing a pair of Spanx underneath was perfect.

Arms can get a little scratchy, but overall very comfy. Travels well and doesn't need to be ironed.

I loved this outfit! I sized up 2 sizes and it was a little too big in the chest for me. I maybe could've just sized up one, but I don't know that for sure. It is tight on the arms and cut into me, so be prepared to wear it for shorter periods of time. I think for an event you'll be fine but after a couple of hours you'll start to notice it.

The fit was surprisingly great! Since I am small chested I usually have to wear a bombshell bra with strapless dresses, but I didn't need to with this one. I actually didn't need to wear a bra at all and never felt the need to tug the dress up! These sleeves are extremely scratchy though!!! I'm not usually bothered by fabrics, but I had to keep rearranging the sleeves for comfort. By the end of the night I had multiple scratch marks on my arms from the sleeves. Overall a fun dress!

Wore to charity gala - would be over the top to a more casual event IMO. I'm currently 128lbs and size 8 felt small in the chest. No back clasp at the top so found myself constantly making sure zip was secure. All about the sleeves which, were fabulous but restricting and somewhat awkward when trying to hug friends.

this was so comfy and would fit a lot of different body types!! the blue is gorgeous and the material is perfect even if it's warm. The sleeves are a little itchy, but it was to be expected based off the pictures

So happy I rented this dress! received so many compliments and the dress fit like a glove. Great for small chest, pear-shape. The only draw-back is that the arm poofs are really tight.

Wore to a wedding and got tons of compliments all night

This dress is amazing

Wore it to a blue themed rehearsal dinner. Received many compliments on it, including one from my father who jokingly asked if I was "wearing water wings." Don't worry he doesn't have any style himself. Overall great dress and fun to wear.

I loved this dress! Worn for my birthday dinner. Very forgiving in the body and hid my little bit of stomach. Wore with spanx. The only CONS - inside of the sleeves scratched the heck out of my arms. Mostly noticeable if you have to shift them around. And my arms were red after taking it off.

It was beautiful, but I knew I could not last an evening with the very scratchy tights arms. I wore something else.

It is such a FABULOUS dress-so classy and elegant! Was really disappointed that I couldn't wear it to a wedding. May try again and go up one more size-usually a 6 in dresses but could not get the 8 to zip over my boobs. Would need a 10 to get it to zip and not squeeze my back making it look like I have rolls/creases in shoulders. However, I then think it would be too big from waist through hips. Length was great-hit about 1-2 inches above my ankle bone. I'm 5'5 and currently 132 lbs.
