Great fit! A bit long in the back. Be careful walking up on stairs - can trip easily! But overall I felt beautiful in it!

Too Long

This is my first RTR! I studied reviews to be sure I got the right size. I’m 5’7” 155 lbs, 34B bust with an “athletic” build; not curvy. I have wide shoulders and sometimes struggle for things to fit because if it fits in the shoulders and back the front is loose. The size 8 was perfect on me. The 6 could have worked but the fit at the neck was snug. The dress is lightweight and flowed so dancing was fun! The process was so easy. I would rent this dress again. I look forward to renting dresses and other items in the future.

This dress fit great and I felt so comfortable in it! I got so many compliments.

I'm a little short and have wide hips. I thought this wouldn't fit but it was perfect.

Light weight! You can wear a bra with straps. Fun pattern, but dressy!

This dress was perfect for a summer rehearsal dinner Texas style. It was comfortable, unique and pretty. Great with boots too! Love this dress. I’m a true size 6 with bigger thighs and small waist. The size 6 wasn’t available so I took a chance and ordered the size 8. It worked great! With the tie in the waist and the flowy style it was a hit.

Wore a size 6 but a 4 or 8 probably would’ve still fit - the dress forms to your body. Tight at the neck but I preferred it that way.

Very flattering and comfortable!

I got this in a 12 but normally would wear a 10. It was roomy for dancing so I didn’t mind that. I am 5’7 and it was a little long but in an elegant way.

This has a cut in the front that is not too short when you sit, but very cute for pics and air when you are outside. I wore this for my daughter’s outdoor late spring graduation & it was perfect! I have a large bust & that fit as well! PRL is one of my favorite designers at RTR. Dresses are always 🔥

Perfect fit and length

Being a little short, high heels were necessary. Loved this dress!

Need fabric tape for slit with smaller bust. Lots of compliments. Phoenix spring wedding

This dress fit and looked amazing!! I did have to go with my back up size as normally I am a size 10 and I had to go with the size 12 so it wasn’t tight in the shoulders and neck. I would consider purchasing this dress if it was available. I was very happy renting it!

This was perfect for vacation, you can wear it to a wedding too. Sizing was just right for me.

Loved wearing this dress to a summer wedding. The tie in the front is adjustable so easy to get the perfect fit. Light weight and comfortable!

Slightly long w/ heels

Beautiful, elegant dress. Very comfortable. Fit great. I got loads of compliments!

This dress was very comfortable and true to size. I was able to wear it with a strapless bra and it didn’t show through the front slit. Tie in the front is very flattering around the waist. I am 5’9” and wearing 3ish inch heels in the attached photo.

This dress was wonderful to wear, all day, for an outdoor wedding. I am 5'9'' and it was the perfect length for me. It hugged my midsection perfectly. I am not a big busted person and it was still flattering and fit in the chest area well. I only noticed a slight rub in the underarm area, but nothing major and didn't cause any marks or blisters. All in all, it's flowy and elegant, while also being more casual and playful - could be easily dressed up or down.

I loved this dress and got so many compliments on it! It’s long and flowy and with lowish heels it still made me look taller than I am (5’6”).

Normally a size 6, the 4 fit perfectly. Neck felt snug when dress first zipped, but did not notice it the rest if the night. I was able to wear strapless bra underneath.

My mom ended up borrowing this dress, she has a much bigger bust than I do and it fit both of us well. I often wear a 6 and probably could’ve got away with a small but the M looked great and was comfortable. The tie in the middle allows you to sort of tighter or loosen the waist which is amazing.

Loved this dress. A little bit different and very comfortable. Wore to an evening outdoor wedding - got lots of compliments!

Wore for a wedding. Was so comfortable. Got so many complements! True to size.

Fit like a dream

Perfect for a summer wedding. Lightweight and not too tight

Love love love this dress!! A little tight on the neck but other than that this dress is amazing! I would be cautious if you have a thicker neck. I am 5'6" and the length with flats was perfect!

Great dress for a summer wedding. Didn't winkle in my suitcase and super easy to wear. Only downside is it's super long and impossible to tape given the hemline. I'm 5'6 and it still touched the ground in the back with 3.5 inch heels.

Loved the comfortable fit and the leg slit is tastefully sexy when u sit down. Dress moved well in dance floor. I could've done fine without the chest keyhole slit. Blue is not usually my color but everybody gave good comments on this.

The neck and stomach area do not have a lot of give. I probably should have gone a size 10..

Comfortable dress but very long so you need high heels. It bunches a little around the bottom of the zipper otherwise I thought it was a great fit and a great dress. I got lots of compliments.

A cute dress for some formal occasion, a bit frumpy for a regular going out summertime dress. Neck is a bit tight but otherwise easy fit, a bit large if anything.

I rented this dress for a wedding. While I liked it, I wore a different dress to the wedding and I wore this to the party the next day and you can dress it down with the right shoes. It’s very comfy but overall not a showstopper

Sizing runs small, I had to wear the bigger backup size. It was a beautiful flowy dress and looked great on the dance floor. I had to get used to the material around my neck (it wasn't too tight).

I wore this to a riverfront wedding. While I got a lot of compliments on the dress, I wasn't in love with it. The neck was pretty tight, and I feel like the ruffles looked kind of frumpy in pictures at least. This wasn't a big deal but it's also very long—I'm 5'8'' and don't think I could have worn this dress with flats.

This was my first time renting from Rent the Runway and I’m so glad I did! It was a great experience from beginning to end. The dress arrived 5 days early so I had lots of time to find the right bra, jewelry and shoes. As others have said, the neck l was tight. It worked for me but may not for everyone. I ended up putting a few stitches in the front slit so it wasn’t quite so low. The tie and ruffled front hid my stomach beautifully. A fun and beautiful dress!

I wore this to a spring wedding that turned out to be a 90+ degree day. The dress is really nice and light. It is a tie dye pattern that is kind of hard to see from the model photos. I got a lot of compliments. I really liked it- I just don't love how some photos turned out looking a little frumpy because of the ruffles on the front.

Hem was still dragging on the ground with platformed heels & i didn’t want to step on it

I rented this dress as a back-up, which I didn't end up needing. But I had an opportunity to wear it to a different event. It was fine and I think it could be a great dress for somebody. It was definitely not a great dress for me because I am very short-waisted and also just short in general. It was really long and I ended up wearing a skinny belt and pulling up the top of the dress like a blouson waist, to get the dress off the floor! I also didn't end up loving the choker neck or the keyhole slit in the front. It all felt weird and disproportionate. It might be more flattering on a taller, more slender figure. One other note... I wore a regular bra with this, but I really should have used some sort of bra clip to hold my straps in a racerback profile, because my bra straps showed unless I kept pulling them over closer to my neck. In general, I don't love a dress that requires a special bra, so I would not rent this one again. It was fine and very appropriate for a casual fundraiser event, but nothing great and nobody else commented on it, so I don't think anyone else thought it was notable either! :)
