Love this dress. It is super flattering in an otherwise unflattering time of my life! Conservative enough for my office (especially when paired with a blazer), and I like the asymmetrical neckline that adds a little interest. Seriously considering purchasing this piece, as I think it will be nice for postpartum as well.

This dress is so flattering! It's pretty roomy--I wore it at 27 & 28 weeks pregnant, and I probably could have sized down. That said, I absolutely loved the fit and length for my business formal work setting. It's extremely comfortable. It's my favorite RTR Maternity work dress so far--I can put any blazer with it, it's so flattering, and it has lots of room to stretch as I get bigger!

Good fit, not too tight, good length and professional with a jacket

I rented this for a winter wedding while I was 24 weeks pregnant with my first baby. The material is super comfortable and it fit me amazingly. It was so hard finding a dress that made me feel confident and beautiful in while shaping my growing belly, but this dress was absolutely perfect! I received a bunch of compliments and it allowed me to dance the night away. I definitely recommend!

I am in between small and medium, went with a small due to other comments and was very happy. The material is very forgiving, stretchy, and extremely comfortable. Rented this dress for a work event and was very pleased. I normally weigh 135lbs, currently 7mo pregnant at 170lbs, and the Small worked great.

Great length for work and plenty of room for baby bump. I was 25 weeks when I wore this. I liked the asymmetrical neckline, but be careful of bra straps as they may peak out a little. The sleeves did cut in an odd spot and was a little uncomfortable at first, but the longer I wore the dress the less I noticed it.

It was a good enough dress for maternity. I was towards the end of my second trimester and the bump area had plenty of room. This would have been a good dress if I had an event later in the third trimester.

This is on the tighter side for maternity items but not in a way that is uncomfortable or unflattering. It’s professional. Long for petite ladies but still worked fine.

Felt cool and slightly sexy in this great find during my third trimester! The cut at the top is very flattering and adds a classy touch.

The fabric is polyester but... it works in this case.
Wore this to a work holiday party 26 weeks pregnant. The dress hit below the knees on me, which I liked, but others may not. My bump didn’t fully fill out the fabric; this is probably meant more for those in the third trimester. However, between the ruching, dark fabric, and dim lighting, the extra fabric at the base of my bump was not really noticeable. The dress was very comfortable and I would absolutely rent again.
Can't recommend this dress enough. Perfect for second or third trimester. Super comfortable. Detail at the neckline elevates it. Wore it to lots of work events.
I wore litigating in criminal court, and it had the formality court requires and the flexibility to accommodate my growing belly, end of second trimester.
Fit is perfect, length is perfect, very flattering for late maternity.
The dress was very flattering, comfortable and professional. It runs a little large. If you're late in pregnancy, the suggested size is probably best. But earlier in pregnancy you may want to size down. I received many compliments and felt very confident in the dress.

stretchy flattering maternity work dress
Flattering!
Ordered a medium and large, and pre-pregnancy I wear a medium. The medium was snug, body-con and the large left a little more room.
Should have sized down to a XS, but not sure I’ll spend a spot on it next go around
Way too long (for the style it's supposed to be) for my 5' frame, which is a bummer because it was very cute and otherwise fit perfect.
The dress fit well, but I didn't like the slanted cut for the neckline for work. I'd prefer something more conservative for work. I wore it once with a blazer and have sent it back for a swap. It worked well for a 29 week belly though!
This was much too big for me at 19 weeks across the entire dress — back, belly, shoulders. Not convinced I would have liked it in a smaller size either, though, as the sleeves were cutting into my underarms at an unflattering angle. Neckline didn’t look right with a jacket either. If I really needed something in my third trimester I would try again, but was overall disappointed.
Dress ran large. Looked like a sack. I wasn't able to wear it for work.
This was the perfect work dress for my last trimester. It is flattering, comfortable, and professional. I am up 25 pounds at 35 weeks and still felt good in this dress. RENT!!
Looked professional for a work conference at 28 weeks pregnant but nothing stunning.
