One Shoulder Ruffle Gown

I've taken a 16 before in Ileena, but it was slightly big, and this fit perfectly in 14. Loved it

Loved this number for a recent gala. I rented it in 4 because 2 was not available. I would have preferred the 2 but the 4 was aok. My normal 3 inch heels made this the perfect length. Would rent again!

It was snatched at the waist and the split created length and gave me room to move all night. Loved this dress and would rent again.

This arrived NWT and it is absolutely dreamy. I wore it to a work holiday party and got so many compliments. The metallic gold really give it an elegant feel. I was a bit hesitant about the one shoulder style because I am large on top and always wear a bra but I was able to wear one with this and no prob (tucked in the straps on the off side). The flowy and ruffle layers give it a romantic look. Although there is no stretch, the waist and torso are not too tight but still a bit structured so it really was a perfect fit.

This dress was amazing but be aware of the glitter that comes off. I wore to a masquerade gala and got several compliments. The dress did require help getting completely zipped, the zippers placement is a little awkward. Comfortable to dance in and I loved the split. This was my first time using Rent the Runway and a great experience. Definitely would rent again.

I wore this dress for my son's wedding, and I couldn't be happier! It fit perfectly without the need for alterations or shapeware. I was comfortable all day and danced through the night. I will definitely be renting again.

Easy to move around in, comfortable, and stylish. I normally wear a size 6, but the 4 fit much better. It was still a tab large up top, but no one could tell with all the ruffles. Highly recommend!

I wore it to the 97th Oscars. The dress wasn’t super fancy, but was comfortable, light and elegant. The zipper was super hard to pull other than that stayed intact throughout the night. Love the gold that shimmered with nightlight.

I wore this beauty to a Back Tie event. I usually wear a size 8, but luckily I ordered a 10 as a back-up. I'm very busty so the 8 was too tight across that region, but the 10 was just right. Although this was not my usual style, I have never worn anything with polka dots, this dress was gorgeous. The shimmer of the polka dots added a whimsy that made me feel like a princess. Several compliments throughout the evening.

I absolutely LOVED this dress, it got me so many compliments on Palm Beach Island in Florida. It's even more beautiful in person. I'm originally a size 0 but I ordered a size 2 because that was what's available, so I just pinned it to fit my body!

Received as a backup dress and it was perfect! The length was great though on the cusp of short (5’6 ish plus medium heels, it grazed the tops of my shoes) Was able to wear a normal bra and tuck one strap. Compliments all night

True to size. So many compliments!! It is a little hard to zip up on your own.

This was a back up dress, overnighted to me by RTR. The first Amur dress I ordered didn’t fit at all, and this one fit like a glove. I stuck to my normal size for ordering and did a 6 as backup. The heels I wore were 3” and I am 5”0 for reference and the dress didn’t drag at all. Love this suggestion from RTR as a backup and ended up being a hit. ♥️

I wore this to a gala for work. It fit me like a glove, although the side without the strap could have been a bit snugger for my taste. But it worked just fine as is. The slit was so fun. The only problem I had was the zipper. It was so difficult. I couldn’t do it myself. I had to have someone zip me up and unzip me when the night was over. I am normally a size 10, but I lost 15lbs and the size 8 was perfect for me. I wore a strapless bra with it which worked very well. Material was very comfortable and the dress hugged me in the right places and also hid my belly very well which is important for me. If you’re on the fence, rent it. It’s a great dress!

This dress was perfect for our black tie auction. I ordered a 10 and 12, and the 10 fit well. I could have potentially even sized down to an 8 as the top was a little roomy. I was very comfortable all night, and I received many compliments.

I don’t usually go for a one shoulder dress but I’m so glad I did. I loved everything about this dress. The fit was snug and I felt held in in the right places and give where I needed it. The slit made me feel sexy but it wasn’t so high I had to worry about it. It was perfect for a black tie gala.

I wore this at a masquerade ball and got so many compliments! It does run a bit big. I ordered my typical size and it was way too big. RTR customer service was amazing and shipped me a new size and a backup style and got them here on time! Amazing! They only had two sizes down, so it was a bit snug but I still loved it!

Pretty and comfortable flowy gown. I ordered an 8 when I normally wear a 6 so it was too big to wear. The length is about 2 inches off the floor and I'm 5'8". Cool slit.

I wore this to my spouse's work black-tie event, the theme was "prom." I got so many compliments on the dress and I felt really good in it. I ordered the 6 as a back-up and ended up going with that size since I am not super sure my dress size these days; I normally wear a small/4 in tops. The 4 felt a little tight in the rib cage/bust area, but decent everywhere else. Though the 6 was slightly big in that same chest area, it felt better to have some breathing room. I read other reviews about being able to wear a "normal" bra with one strap tucked in, but that wouldn't have worked for me. I ended up wearing a stick-on bra that was not very comfortable for me, but felt like I needed something to be held in. It still felt a little loose in the bust. The dress dusted the floor in my 2" (red patent leather!) heels and I had to hold it up when I was walking up/down stairs so I didn't step on it -but overall the length was really nice on my frame. The slit gave it some interest when I walked but wasn't uncomfortable and didn't feel inappropriate when I was walking around the room. I really loved the style of this dress and would definitely rent again for another black-tie event.

The ruffle just doesn’t sit right and feels awkward and large across the bust. Fits well and would work if nothing else does, but I ended up buying something else.
