Floral Brocade Dress

This dress was gorg and was a huge hit at a wedding I wore it to. People were asking where I got it and were surprised it was a rental! It fit so well!

I wore this to a wedding and got a lot of compliments! The fabric is on the thicker side which was perfect for a mid-March wedding, but I could see it being a little heavy for a summer event. The straps are a little long like others have mentioned. I didn’t pin them so the straps would occasionally fall down, but not enough to bother me. The fit was really comfortable - snug in the waist and chest without being too tight. It does seem to run large. I’m normally a size 14 but the size 12 ended up fitting better. The deep pockets are a huge bonus!

The texture to the pattern is beautiful in person and the dress is very comfortable. I was a little worried because the straps aren’t adjustable. I have broad shoulders and a wide rib cage, the straps weren’t too short and the torso wasn’t too tight.

It was the perfect length for me being 5' 2" and I could wear it without heels. The top was a little tight and the straps were long and fell down a lot, but overall it fit pretty well.

This dress is absolutely beautiful, I received so many complements. Very comfortable the length was perfect , I am 5’4 153 lbs. and got a size 10R, will rent this again.

Length was perfect for my shorter stature and my larger chest fit well enough. Great quality fabric and vibrant colors. Comfortable even in Florida heat.

Wore this dress to a black tie wedding. Colors are absolutely gorgeous and it has deep pockets!! Got sizes 2 and 4 - ended up going with the 4 for a little more room in the bust. Only two cons: I had to use fashion tape to keep the straps from slipping off and it’s a bit heavy. However, I would definitely recommend for a formal affair, I felt so pretty in it!

I loved this dress and got tons of compliments. The shoulder straps were slightly loose but overall it was not bothersome. It was extremely comfortable and good quality!

I wore a size 4 which I almost couldn’t get into - had to use the string trick on the zipper. But once I got into it, it looked gorgeous and I didn’t have to wear a bra which was a plus. It was very tight around my rib cage but I think I’m a little wider there than most my size. Got tons of compliments and I felt beautiful in it!

I'm usually a size 14 (5'8", 185 lb) and the 14 was too large on me, so I wore the 10 which was snug. The 12 would have fit perfectly but it wasn't available. I would absolutely wear this dress again!

I got so many compliments on this dress when I wore it to my office holiday party (which took place in mid-March). The dress was a little longer than I expected, but I wore some heels and the length was perfect! Loved that this dress had pockets, too.

This was probably my favorite dress I have ever worn. I wore this dress for a black tie wedding in the city, and it was fabulous. It was super flattering and well-made, with thick and high quality material. I got so many compliments on it. I'm on the shorter side, and the length hit a little lower than shown on the model for me, but it still looked great!

I ordered this dress as an event rental (photo shoot) in my typical 10 and they sent me the 8 as a backup size. Surprisingly the 8 fit me significantly better so that’s what I went with. B cup pear shape this cut is nice and forgiving for a more bottom-heavy shape. I enjoyed wearing this dress! It’s fancy without being fussy. The brocade is heavier making it more suitable for a bit cooler weather for most. I wore a strapless bra.

I was worried it'd be too long, as I'm 5'1", but it was perfect. It came right to my ankles and was so comfortable. The fabric is sturdy and the pockets were a plus!

Beautiful dress that I wore to a fall New England wedding. The material is thick and gorgeous. So many compliments. I felt confident and had fun in it all night. Ordered the 2 and 4, 2 was too tight and 4 fit well.

This dress looks and FEELS so great. The wedding was garden style and it was perfect. I got a lot of compliments. The fabric is high quality and fits like a glove, doesn’t show body imperfections, and FELT so good and comfortable. Almost kept it!

The dress and material is beautiful and very flattering, however it wasn’t really possible to wear a bra due to the neck line and the back. I went braless and it was fine, would have come a size down though for better lift and support in the chest. But overall, still looked great.

Dress was snug around the bodice, but nothing uncomfortable. Straps were a little long and occasionally had to adjust. Can be worn with a regular bra. It has pockets. I wore my usual size 8. I’d rent again. Really loved the dress!

As others have mentioned, the top is snug but worked for me because I’m not big breasted. If I had sized up, the straps would have been too long.

This dress was absolutelyperfect head to toe! Multi layered, which was great and just formal enough without being too over-the-top! Additionally has pockets and I truly couldn’t recommend it enough!

This dress was beautiful online and when I received it, the material was so much better in person. The fabric was thick, the pockets were super as I was able to carry a few things around for the Bride without being able to tell I had anything in the pockets. I was a little sad having to send this dress back. As all the other reviews stated… the straps were too long but able to fix with a safety pin.

This dress was a dream. I got so many compliments wearing it. I had a moment of panic when zipping it up that it wasn’t going to zip all the way, but once it was on it was perfect. I would have maybe had done better in a 10 rather than an 8, but the shoulder straps may have been too loose at that point. I have no regrets getting this dress for my Manhattan cocktail party 😘

This was the most perfect dress for a formal wedding. My only complaint was that the straps would falls off my shoulders. It also has pockets! I wore a size 10, mainly due to the size of my breasts. I would have preferred the size 8 but my boobs wouldn’t squeeze in 🥴

Such a beautiful dress!! Absolutely perfect for a formal summer wedding. The dress fits very comfortable! The only challenge was the straps would fall down so I would pull the whole dress down to keep it on my shoulders. It wasn’t that big of a deal just something to be aware of. Fabric is beautiful, not heavy at all. Wore with beige heels. Loved it!

This dress is incredibly beautiful and unique! I wanted a classic, semi-formal dress for a family wedding, and this dress fit the bill! So many compliments, so fun to dance in, and it has pockets! The fabric is high quality. I am 5'8", about 162 lb. Size 8 was slightly big on me, but a smaller size was not available. I feel that I have a longer torso, and still I found myself often adjusting the straps the kept slipping down my shoulders. The fabric is substantial and makes it look like a designer dress. But it is also incredibly heavy and thick, which can be risky for a summer event. While the dress was comfortable during the church ceremony, it was incredibly hot during the reception while outside and in a poorly air conditioned venue. All in all, I'm glad I wore it!

I am attending a formal wedding this summer and wanted to try this dress before committing, as I have to fly to it, and I kind of wish I had had a reason to wear it the weekend that I tried it on. It feels so luxurious with the weight of the fabric and the POCKETS make it just a spectacular find. As a 5'3" petite person going to a wedding with dancing, I also wanted to get something that was "midi" length but was slightly worried that a midi would be like an awkwardly short maxi on me. This was not an issue with this dress at all - just makes you feel super elegant. I ordered a 0 and backup 2 for sizes and didn't even try the 2 on because the 0 was a perfect fit (which is my regular size). I can see why some people said they had to pin the straps to be shorter but I didn't have that issue, although you could feel that they could slip off if you were moving around a ton maybe. I think I'm just going to risk it though. Would definitely recommend this dress and about to place my rental for the wedding! SO excited to wear this!

I loved this one. It’s a very flattering fit, and the fabric is gorgeous. It’s thick, so not the best choice for outdoor/warm weather, but laid nicely. Like others, I found the straps to be too long; I tacked them in the back and used fabric tape on my shoulders. I also found them slightly too wide for a normal bra, so wore a strapless bra.

Wore to rehearsal dinner for my daughter's wedding and LOVED this dress! Classic, beautiful! Got so many compliments! I typically wear a 4 or 6 and the 6 fit perfect - snug in torso - but not uncomfortable!

As a short person (5’ 1”) this was full length. It was perfect for a formal wedding in early spring (fabric is heavy - in a good way) and I got a number of compliments. With the full skirt, it was very fun to wear. Highly recommend.

A big snug in the bust (I’m a 38C) and the straps were a little loose but otherwise PERFECT. The length is absolutely ideal for really really dancing. Great for colder weather too. Great for tall ladies. Received tons of compliments!

I got complimented for the dress and the only down side was the big gap between the two sizes I got. The size I wore was the 12 but it was very tight for my entire torso, while the 14 was extremely loose in the chest area. I decided to go for the 12 and tried to ignore the tightness. It got uncomfortable after a few hours but I didn’t mind it that much. The dress is gorgeous and worth it in my opinion and I felt very pretty, definitely get it if you like princess-like dresses !
