I wore this outfit to a wedding and received lovely compliments.

This dress was a hit! I read the reviews and sized down which was accurate. I am short so this hit me as a full length dress. If I owned it I would have shortened it a bit so it wouldn't be quite so long. The color and design are really beautiful and the dress felt special. I wore a strapless bra because I knew I would be dancing a lot, but it wouldn't be necessary. I was comfortable all night long!

I loved this dress. I wore it to a wedding and got stopped multiple times asking where I got it. Happily pointed all the ladies to RTR :) I ended up sizing down per the other reviews and size 4 was perfect. I usually wear a size 6. Highly recommend and surprisingly flattering once on. I got this dress for a formal fundraising event and it was the perfect choice! Literally was perfect! I had issues with the top being slightly too big but was able to pin and tape so I felt secure!

This dress was great. I got so many compliments on it! It’s fun to dance in and hit the perfect floor length for me at 5’3. I agree with the many reviews recommending to size down. The top area was still a little roomy but a small piece of fashion tape kept it from gaping. Overall super fun dress!

I loved this dress from the moment I unpacked it. Once on, I did notice that it was a bit roomy and larger than expected. It was my backup dress so I did not have time to order as a replacement a size down but I would recommend a size down as the backup size if this is your primary dress. A couple notes for petites: the length is awesome (I wore a small wedge heel maybe 1") but the torso is a bit long so expect some side boob. Nothing terrible -- I wore it to a formal affair with work colleagues just fine. Just something to note. I got compliments all night! Loved the print and the drape!

The outer printed material is a very soft tulle. The dress is absolutely much prettier in person. I wore the 12 and that’s my regular size.

My recommendation is to size down. I ended up with a size 2. I ordered a 4 and 6. After trying the 4 on, I new I could wear a size 2. I emailed RTR and they responded quickly and immediately sent me the size 2. The dress was beautiful and the customer service was outstanding. I received many compliment. I wore black shoes with a block heel and black bag. I also used a brooch on the shoulder to add a nice touch. I will definitely be using RTR again.

I am usually a 6/8 and the 6 was still big. It ran longer than I expected but it was super comfortable. Lots of complements and great on the dance floor!

This dress does run big, I went a size down ( I usually wear 10)! I loved it! I enjoyed its midi-length. It kept me warm during November weather and I turned heads. I added my late grandmother’s yellow scarf to honor and also give it a more modest look. Another success from RTR. I’ve been using your services since 2015 (8 yrs)!!!

I LOVE this dress! I got the 6 and the 8 and I kind of wish I would've gotten the 4 too, it was a little big in the bust area and waist and very forgiving around the hips with plenty of room. I got so many compliments on this dress and it photographed great! I was really comfortable. If you aren't sure on size I would probably size down one size, I'm normally a 6/8 because of my hips but this dress was very forgiving.

This dress was SO fun! The way it moved when I danced, and the silhouette- I got constant compliments all night (from the staff and from other guests). Would highly recommend and definitely rent again.

I really enjoyed this dress, I wore it for a sneaker ball and it was a good time. It wasn't particularly shapely for me, but it was comfortable!

First time using Rent the Runway-- attended a Black Tie wedding and got multiple compliments! I sized down per the reviews and even the 2 was slightly too big on top (usually a size 4). I intended to tape the top because I was worried about a wardrobe malfunction from dancing too hard, but the wedding was outside, the weather was hot & humid, and the tape wouldn't stick! Turned out to be fine, but as other reviews mentioned, the top part is very roomy. At 5 ft, I wore 2.5 inch heels and my toes just barely peeked out. Overall comfortable, beautiful color, would recommend!

Rented for a wedding and it was absolutely the perfect dress! All night people were coming up to me complimenting it- and it was especially fun to be wearing it on the dance floor. Glad I ordered the extra size in a size dow because the 12 fit perfectly! I wore it with a one strap bra so the chest and bust fit great.

Would keep it forever. Fit perfectly and was comfortable. Sized down like everyone said and it was perfect.

Loved this dress! Great fit and length for petite gals.

This dress was perfect for a spring wedding in Savannah. I loved the tiered skirt, and fit was perfect. I liked that the skirt camouflaged my lower belly, and the top was secure and didn’t show my strapless bra at all. The zipper is quite stiff and difficult to get over the seam at the waist, but as long as you have someone to help you zip, it’s fine. I rubbed a little dry bar soap on the teeth of the zipper to help with the slickness.

Dress had incredible movement and was so comfortable to wear all day. I read other reviews saying the chest area ran large, but as someone with a large chest (36DD) I actually found the dress ran 100% true to size. Fuller-chested people, no need to size down!

This dress was so fun to wear and it's so much prettier in person than the pictures. The layers were a blast while dancing at a wedding. I will say it runs a little big on top and I probably could have sized down. Great length for shorter people though. I wore shoes that had a slight heal, but even if I had worn flats I wouldn't have been tripping over it. Got so many compliments!

I love this dress, got lots of compliments on it, and it was so comfortable. My measurements are 35,32,41 the top was slightly loose on the side without the “strap”, but fashion tape was enough to make me feel secure. The waist was perfect, hips perfect fit, hem length was perfect. I’m 5’4”, I wore 2” heels but could have worn flats.

I wore the 2; usually a 4-6 size. It was perfect! The theme was a black tie gala but with western flair. I wore with cream boots. Even better in person! Very flattering & lots of compliments.

As others have said, I sized down and it fit perfectly. I was a little worried the ruffles would look overwhelming, but that wasn’t the case. Received a ton of compliments and felt beautiful all night!

Wore this to a formal wedding and it was perfect for the occasion. Very comfortable and I got so many compliments. The only “problem” I had was the non-strap side coming down a bit while dancing, but it was fine. I am usually a 14 but the 12 fit perfect - and good thing, because the size 14 backup I ordered had a broken zipper. Would definitely recommend :)

Similar to other reviews it was a little big in the bust but I was able to correct with a little tape. Throughout the night I received many compliments on the dress. The colors were great for a fall event. Would definitely rent this one again.

I honestly love this dress but know I would only get one or two wears out of it. Rent the runway made it easy, simple and kinda fun to get exactly what I needed without spending g a fortune! I can’t wait to rent some more! I only tried on the larger one, I should have tried the smaller one on. I think it would have fit better. But, it was a lovely, fun dress and I got tons of compliments!

A little big on the sleeveless side, had to tape it. Could probably get an xs. Loved how fun and flowy it was!
