Angele Dress

I was a little nervous about this because I had it delivered straight to my hotel so I didn’t have a chance to try it on with my foundations, shoes and jewelry first. The best news is, is that none of that mattered because all I really needed was a simple strapless black bra and sterling silver jewelry. No special spanx, or hose, or shoes. No pedicure needed, just my black Frye boots. So easy to wear. Didn’t have to worry about sucking my gut in all night and the length was great, no worries about a dress riding up. I hate that. Fit was perfect, I wouldn’t have wanted it any smaller or larger. I admittedly was very “fancy” on the casino floor with this on, but I didn’t want to change after dinner and after all, it was my 65th birthday, I figured I would soak up all the attention for the night. My husband said this reminded him of Stevie Nicks, and yes, that would be true. The only teeny thing is that the shoulder straps occasionally fell down but it wasn’t constant. I could have tied them tighter.

Perfect dress! Fit just right, especially because of the adjustable straps. I will say, the sleeves were a little itchy if you tie them too tight because of the material, but not a concern, just a note to consider if you have sensitive skin.

This dress was beyond expectations. If you are looking for something different from the typical wedding guest or black tie attendee, this is the one. The fit was spectacular as the shirring in the back made it very comfortable and able to conform to your body. I didn't need to wear a bra or a slip. My only note is that the strings that form the straps and adjust the sleeves can be a little tough to adjust if you don't have someone helping you.

I wore this to a Halloween event. It was the perfect princess witch dress. So many people commented that they would wear it outside of Halloween because it was so beautiful!

Loved this dress! Could have worn a size smaller but it was not available. Comfortable and chic and a great dress to eat in. Not for short girls unless you’re wearing high heels (I was). A little bit of sparkle and a lot a bit of flowy. The buttons down the front are all functional. Love this dress. Wish it was mine!

Fits true to size, maybe even slightly large. I've rented this twice now and love it.

Perfect jazzy Halloween dress in New Orleans

I tried to wear this dress once before but couldn’t figure out the ties. This time, the dress arrived with the ties already perfect for me so I didn’t have to mess with them! It was perfect for my boss’s wedding!

This dress fit me really nicely but I was torn on wearing it because it gave Halloween witch vibes haha. I may rent it again depending on the function.

I was invited to a gala with two days notice and because I’m 5’9” and love my platforms, I decided to go with a midi length. Wow! This dress did not disappoint and photos don’t do it justice. It’s sensual and the details made me feel like a goth princess. I didn’t want to take it off and will probably rent it again 😂 One piece of advice: the strings are tricky so look at photos to know where each one goes!

The sleeves were why I picked the dress. Like the reviews they were a bit tricky but once tightened enough they worked well. For busy it was a bit snug (and I'm not large by any means). Loves that the dress covered more as wore on a 30F night. Overall fun dress to wear.

I was worried I wouldn’t be able to wear this dress because it’s kind of on the formal side, but it can be styled up or down! The fabric is really pretty and it fit perfectly. The sleeves are billowy and amazing

Beautiful dress, Got as an option for a photo shoot. You can tell that this is a high-quality piece. I saw some reviews saying that there was gapping in the front where the buttons are, but I think the trick is to look at the designers sizing chart!!

I took a chance on this dress, not my usual style, and absolutely loved it! It was a little tricky to assemble -- lots of buttons up the front, had to figure out the right string tie length for the shoulders, and had to figure out the right string tie tightness for the puffy sleeves (adjustable!). It was a bit of a team effort the first time I put it on but was able to find the right. Hard to get a good photo in the light but got lots of compliments on the dress, found an excuse to wear it again before I returned it! Also, it has pockets ;)

Wore this for thanksgiving and it was perfect. You can unbutton the whole front of the dress which allows you to customize how high the slit goes. I felt like this was the perfect size for me.

Wore this to a new year party, it wasn’t really my style but it is comfy. Looked better belted.

Would have loved this dress more if the buttons didn’t pull on the top so much. The button hoops were too stretchy. Maybe if there was a hidden zipper/clasps inside I would like it more.

I rented this for Valentine's Day and it was fine but wasn't exactly what I was picturing. The vibe was definitely more wicked witch than chic romance. The fit was slightly big on me but not horrific.

If you are a bit of an alternative/punk/goth girlie you'll love this fantastic dress. It's light weight, soft, sparkly, adjustable, and so fun. Wore it to a wedding, my engagement party, and a few nights out! Incredibly versatile. Great with platforms or strappy heals and your favorite bright bag.

I wore this with a black wig and black chunky boots to transform into Lydia for our Beetlejuice Halloween theme. So much fun!

I had a hard time getting the strings tied right for the arms and the straps. I felt my bust was too heavy for the dress, and the dress was long and heavy. Cute for a photo or two but not comfortable to wear all night

This is a great dress of yours need to go to a fancy occasion, but you don't have it in you to be uncomfortable.

Loved it, but should have sized down more. The shoulders and sleeves are adjustable, and has elastic in the back so very forgiving. I sized down once and it was wearable but will go down another for next time. Beatiful sparkly fabric, pics don't do it justice

Great dress runs too small I can usually wear a 4 or 6 in dresses the chest was too tight on this dress for me
