I sized up 2 sizes at 23 weeks and wish I only sized up 1 size as the waist kept falling, but I just resolved by buying those sizing buttons off amazon to use temporarily. I ended up ordering a size 31 that fits much better.
My curves require I size up in 90% of RTR rentals. Based on these reviews, I sized up 3 sizes. Could have done 2 sizes. Normally a 28 and rented a 31. The 31 is comfortably loose but the jeans stretch as they've been worn so they became very lose. If I had the correct size, they'd be great for me at 26 weeks.
Stretchy patch sides I don't think would go beyond mid second trimester belly, but ok for earlier on or post partum (my use case).
I'm 7 months and ordered the 28, thinking that would fit being pregnancy jeans, they were extremely tight and uncomfortable
Ordered my usual size but couldn’t fit into these even a little bit. Definitely size up.
At only 19 weeks, couldn't fit these over my stomach and I have a little bump... no stretch and definitely run small. Couldn't wear them.

Just right
I’m 6mo pregnant and sized up but felt they were still too small and tight around the button. They sat very low and the button dug into my stomach.
too small.
These are far too tight. Can not where at all despite buying the suggested pregnant size.
These were the most uncomfortable maternity jeans that I’ve ever worn, and I couldn’t find a proper fit. I sized up two sizes and they were rigid on the legs but sagging on my waist. I don’t know why anyone would make maternity jeans without stretch, it just doesn’t work for anyone with an athletic bottom half. For reference, I’m 8mo pregnant and have gained 20 lbs so not vastly different from my regular size. Definitely size up depending on your body.
These ran so small, my pre pregnancy size was a 28 and I ordered a 29 for room and I couldn’t even get these over my hips. So disappointing because they were so soft.
