Ilana Dress

I usually have a hard time with button front tops as they tend to pull, but I was able to make this one work just by wearing a bralette instead of a bra. This dress is great for making you feel put together with little to no effort and is easy to style with sneakers or sandals. I loved how it cinched my waist and where the buttons stopped to create a slit.

Very cute and great for work. I would suggest adding a cardigan over it to cover it a little bit but super cute as you can see in the photo above no complaints.

Super cute ties in the back! The only thing I would say is that it was a little tight in the bust since I’m a 32DD but I love that it’s a tie in the back to snatch the waist

This is a great linen everyday dress if you don’t know what to wear or are running behind… I wore several times and was able to dress it up with heels or down with sneakers. It hit me mid-shin and I am 5’11” for reference. The material does not have any stretch. I am only a B cup up top and it was very, very snug. The slit in the front wasn’t ever problematic while sitting or walking. Also, my iron broke so I had to steam it to release the million wrinkles, and it took a while. The cinching in the waist makes it friendly to all body types.

I wore this one to work and it was easy breezy. It does wrinkle easily. So great on a super hot day. I liked it a lot and would’ve purchased but some of the button holes were a bit stretched out for me to own.

This was really cute, but the tie did not hit at my waist, so when I tied it, it bunched up a lot at the front. I found myself messing with it all day- otherwise, cute!

I love the color and light fabric and the tie in the back that makes it really flattering. Unfortunately I found the slit in the front to be a little too high, and I felt too exposed for my comfort walking up stairs or in the wind during my commute.

This was a very flattering dress that felt both trendy and classic. I wore it to work with a sweater and flats but I think it could be worn in a lot of different settings. I considered purchasing and will probably rent again!

Have already rented for another work trip. It does show water really easily so be careful with a steamer.

Loved this for a cute daytime look. Super easy to wear and manage kiddos in. The slits on side keep it breezy but not too revealing.

This dress is so much more flattering than it looks on the hanger - I wore this multiple times to work and got lots of compliments. I loved it. The buttons end high up, which was fine for me at work - just had to be a little cautious of how I sat - but it may be too high for some people/workplaces.

This dress was great to layer with a sweater and boots for the cooler spring days. The collar is very structured and sticks out of the sweater in a really nice way

You can make this look fitted by tying in the back. Very flattering and sexy. Wore to work and dinner multiple times.

Got so many compliments on the color and style. Slightly snug in the hips for me when I sat down- so if you're curvy be aware.

Rented primarily for work, but found it to transition easily into brunch and everyday outings. Even after ironing, it’s always slightly wrinkled, which helps it easily transition between business casual and just casual. Note that it is longer than expected, so was a bit too warm for hot weather. I’m 5.8” and it went to my ankles. But overall a simple and versatile piece in a beautiful French blue, so would recommend.

Great for looking cute in hot weather. Simple but stylish. Waist tie is long enough to go all the way around if desired (most flattering on my). Wore this with a very minimal bra and had no pulling, but might be too tight for those who are particularly busty.

I have a smaller frame and a slightly fuller chest. the strap was nice to tighten around my waist but the chest was both tight around me and also so loose on the arms it gaped and you could see my bra. pretty, preppy, clean, but i would recommend this from someone with less chest
