Wavy Stripe Knit Dress

Rented this for work and as of this minute I’ve been in the office for 2 hours and I’ve gotten so many compliments that my work bestie convinced me that I have to buy it. I’m literally doing RTR so I STOP clogging up my closet but this one is such a winner that I have to keep it. The fit is great (I did size up based on recommendations. I’m a 6, usually small, but I rented a M) and it is HEAVY. To the point that I was questioning if it would be comfortable. It is very comfortable and so so so flattering! So a rental “fail” but a wardrobe WIN!

I loved this dress, it was so flattering and perfect for a date night! It was fairly tight in the chest on me though. I'm a 36C and wore a M/8 and I could only button the last button on the neckline! If you have a wavy figure I would size up.

Worked well with my 3rd trimester bump, just sized up one size!

This is heavy, but that makes it fall beautifully! Well-lined. Very well-made!

This dress was such a confidence boost! The fit hugged in all the right places without being tight, and the length was perfect for a professional setting. I wore it both with heels and flats and got compliments each time. Definitely recommend if you want something polished but still comfortable.

I’ve rented this a few times and love it. The material has some weight to it so it works for both cool and warm weather. Only thing I would call out as a negative is the band around the arms can be a little tight.

This dress fit me very well and I felt good in it. It’s fitted on top and flared out at the bottom. It’s a pull over. It has a liner and a heavy knit fabric that was a good weight on a cool summer day. I went out to lunch with former co-workers and wanted to look good. It can be dressed casual or dressier. I will wear it a few times and will rent it again in the fall to wear it with boots and a thin black turtleneck.

Dress looks best paired with a belt for me. The fabric is a bit heavy so good for spring or fall, but maybe not summer. Would rent again and consider purchasing

Heavier than expected due to the yarn of the fabric, but the dress shapes to your body beautifully as a result and the lining underneath prevents anyone from seeing things that they shouldn't. I wouldn't wear it in the summer, unless you'll be indoors with plenty of air conditioning.

This dress is amazing and so flattering. It is VERY heavy. I don’t think I’ll rent again if I have to pack it in a suitcase but definitely for a local event. I love this dress.

5’11” and length was just below knees. Heavier fabric so not ideal for hot days. Very comfortable. Arms have elastic in them which I wasn’t expecting and had to adjust occasionally. Tons of compliments.

Wore this to work and it was super comfortable, fabric is thick so it drapes nicely and it nicely accentuated the hips. I added a bow but the dress is beautiful as is. Kept me warm even with the cold office AC going.

Dress has quite a bit of stretch and thick material so great for days when you need a little give! Quality crochet fabric, heavy weight, looks gorgeous up close!

The material is pretty thick. It hugs you but not in an unflattering way. Im obv pregnant here but even if I wasn’t, the same applies

Loved this unique crochet dress from Derek Lam Collective! Super flattering, Body hugging, and comfortable. The fabric was medium weight, making it a great transitional piece or for a chilly summer evening out. I would recommend sizing up if you're between sizes due to thick and not super stretchy crochet fabric. True to size if you want a super fitted look. I am 5'5" and I thought the midi length was perfect. Great casual office dress too!

Great fit and great for spring Comfortable and wrinkle free

Rented for a business trip to the Middle East where I needed to be modest. Got lots of compliments but I felt like it wasn't super flattering (especially after I saw the photos!)

I did get a lot of compliments, but it wasn't that comfortable and didn't feel great to wear all day at work.

This dress was cute but nothing special. The material is much heavier than it appears. It fit well and hugs your curves (in a good way)!

The quality is undeniable. I felt like this look aged me. This seemed like a dress I might see at a much older woman wear. It was incredibly tight and the fabric was quite heavy. Might be flattering on a less curvy figure.

This dress was very flattering and fit my tall frame well. The fabric was a bit strange though because even though it was crotchet it was very thick which made me a little confused on which season this is best for.

The dress looked nice but was a little uncomfortable to wear all day. Like other reviewers said, the dress is quite heavy. I had to wear shape wear to smooth out some lumpy illusions. The arms felt a tad tight and chafed my inner arm a bit. Looked great but I was ready to take it off by the end of the work day!

Well made and fits/hangs beautifully. Would have been perfect for the air conditioned train and office (planned on not being outside in 80 degrees) but impromptu after work drinks on a rooftop meant I nearly melted. Don’t wear if the temp is over 75!!!
