Tiered Dress

Wore this once to a baby shower and again to a garden party. Lots of complements. Love the pockets!

I loved the dress but if you have a large bust be prepared there will be a LOT of cleavage!

This is a cool and comfortable dress suitable for work or church (with a cami bc it’s low cut) or a brunch or night out. I wore it on vacation. It traveled well.

A little how cut but very light and comfy.

Loved the way this fit but it was a little too low for casual wear so I added a cami underneath and it was perfect. Had to iron the bottom hem but otherwise a great rental!

Lovely dress great designer. Fits so well. Comfy all day 10 hours in a foreign country. So fun and so free but also elegant if you need it to be.

I rented the Derek Lam Collective Tiered Dress in size IT 44/US 8 and it fit like a glove through the bodice. The fabric is a lovely ice blue poplin, which means it's a lightweight cotton, but with a denser weave that gives it a higher end feel and finish. This is the kind of dress you can wear for an elevated casual look while strolling Europe's finest art museums or attending a fancy tea party. It has low-key taffeta vibe and sound, so it can definitely be worn for a cocktail dress code event. It all comes down to how you accessorize it! It's not quite formal enough for a black tie affair, though. I'm busty, so it was a little too low-cut for me to feel comfortable without something underneath. It does have a hook and eye closure at the chest, but that wasn't high enough for my preference lol. If you prefer a little modesty, definitely opt for a lace camisole or simple tank underneath. I opted for a casual look when I styled it, and wore a pale grey tank under the dress. I paired it with rainbow checkboard Vans, and in one photo I'm carrying a vintage blue Coach Bixby sling bag. In the other photo I'm wearing a vintage blue Coach waist pack designed for the '95 Olympics. I wanted to show that the silhouette of the dress is well suited for any kind of bag. Happy accessorizing in your own way! Fabulous dress - would rent again!

This would be a perfect spring work dress that would look cute at a party or bbq on the weekend as well. The material is very soft on the top and bottom, and the belt around the middle wasn't too tight while also giving it a nice shape. Even with my bust size the front did not feel too revealing. Would rent again!

I wore this to work and then to a ladies happy hour. It is a nice shade of blue and very comfortable. I did have some extra room around my waist so if in between sizes you may want to size down. Also, it is bra friendly!

I loved this Breezy and Classic dress from Derek Lam Collective! The opening of this dress is a little loose even with the hook and eye at the center V, so I would recommend a cami underneath or maybe pinning the top together to keep the top secure. Nude undergarments recommended for the light color.

I wore this to work and out to dinner. I made it more casual with sneakers but it could be dressed up with nice heels as well. Fits true to size

I'm a big fan of Derek Lam. This wasn't my favorite DL rental ever, but the fit was good and the dress is very versatile. I excited it to be white, but it's actually a very pale blue.

Dress fits a little awkward in the bust due to how it’s cut and zipper was harder than expected to pull up. Still very wearable for a cute and casual look.

Super cute and comfy! But it did feel like i was flashing people because of how loose the top was i wish there was a button or something but it’s rlly cute!

Rented this for a girls weekend in Charleston and it was great! If rented again i might size up to have a little more room but otherwise it was perfect. Lightweight, cute and fun to wear. Recieved so many compliments!

This dress was so comfortable and perfect for a hot day (engagement photos). My only issue was how low cut it was. My bra kept popping out :(

Lots of material and the dress was very low cut. You pretty much have to wear a cami underneath or expose the girls. The waist was accentuated which was flattering. It wasn’t my favorite and I probably would not rent again.

The light blue is such a nice soft wearable color. Combined with the light structured but flowy fabric, this is a dress you'll grab to (re)rent a few times. Easy to throw on for work or a spring day. The fit runs a little big -- I'm typically a 2 in these dress shapes and the 38(2) had some room in the chest and waist so would probably size down if I rent again. Bonus: pockets! Team RTR Review

IMO this dress is one that looks better in the pic with the model than in real life. I wanted to like it but I'd say it wasn't my fav. It fit well but don't love the belting in the middle. Also, tons of fabric and wrinkles easily.

Versatile dress. I wore a tank top under it because the V was deep on my chest. Maybe size up so the line at the bust doesn’t hit in a weird spot. Wrinkles easily so keep that in mind if you don’t have time to steam (like the picture🙃).

It’s just, eh. It fit fine, the pockets are nice, the length was good. Biggest issue was the shoulders which were way too wide and stuck out awkwardly. Also it’s boring-ish, wrinkles immediately, and is weirdly heavy.

I wanted to love this dress. I like the color and the waist was very flattering. It was light weight and airy. But it was too low for me and also my boobs did not fill it out (and this is normally not a problem for me). I also did think it looked as expensive/high quality as I expected given the designer and the price point.

Can be dressed down with sneakers for a day dress and it’s cool and comfortable to wear all day.

Great structure, has pockets, and fits beautifully. There's even a little closure at the chest area to prevent gaps.

I loved this dress. I would wear it ever day for comfort and fit. Perfect for work and for after work casual in the warm months.

Honestly I can not believe I am giving this dress back. It is so complimentary, the color is beautiful... it was comfortable too! It was definitely a summer fave that I kept it for a while.. sad I am giving it back.

Loved this--wore with a cardigan for work and then without for going out to dinner.

Tight in the ribs for me and a little loose in the bust. But to 'twas so cute I made it work. Wore it for a few dinners and a baby shower.
