Marilyn Dress

This dress looks even better on! I was so comfortable wearing it, and it looks just the right amount of sexy.

It was such a beauty dress! I love the way the textures catches the lights when you move. Got tons of compliments from the restaurant goers.

Dress was comfortable, worked great for the ball I had to attend, and is not tight on the stomach.

This dress was easy to wear without a bra as a C cup and had a supportive insert that helped the shape. The winching was super slimming and the color would be nice on anyone. I was expecting a pleated satin feel but it’s actually crushed velvet. The interior is soft and comfortable but I hated the feeling of the exterior of the dress. Still looked and felt expensive but I think the velvet didn’t cheapen it a bit.

I wore this dress to a black tie wedding at the Ritz and it was perfect for that! Shiny, glamorous, and super comfy! Straps are adjustable. It was the perfect length for me while wearing 3” heels (did not drag or catch on my shoes). I did not need a bra, but I do recommend nipple covers as the inside has a sort of camisole made from the same material as the outside and would have been a little too scratchy for such a sensitive area.

I wore a strapless bra with clear straps and it worked great. Length was fine on me, didn’t need much of a heel.

Perfect for a holiday party

We hosted a NYE/Bday party for my husband. This dress was SO comfortable and perfect for NYE, or a dressy party. It is stretchy and flattering material too. I am short and it hit right around my upper ankle so it is not a long gown especially not for anyone taller than 5'4". I would consider it a longer midi length.

This dress was surprisingly comfortable, with a bit of stretch, no zippers or buttons. It's pull-on style with a little double lining in the bust area. I didn't need a bra. I'm so glad I received an extra backup size because the Medium was more comfortable than the Small, though the Small fit decently enough. Highly recommend this dress.

fit in all the right places! Also for bustier gals has a sort of built in bra. I bought a sticky bra just in case and everything worked out great. Would highly recommend!

This was a backup dress that RTW sent me after my first rental didn’t fit. Boy, am I glad the first dress didn’t work because I was thrilled with this one! I wasn’t sure how the silver tone would look with my skin/hair color, but it is one of my favorite formal dresses ever! It fit perfect, wasn’t too long, (I am 5’3) and was super comfortable. I received tons of compliments and I’m tempted to purchase it. FYI: I normally wear a size 2 and the xs was just right.

Velvet was thin enough for summer. I thought the gathering would be a bit more flattering for an apple shape but it was still really beautiful. I’m 5’3” 160lbs. 36DD

I ordered a small and a medium and the small fit perfect. The only issue is if you are more flat chested like me, it fit sort of weird in that area with a strapless bra. The straps were adjustable. Overall it was a great dress and received a ton of compliments.

This dress is insanely comfortable and flattering. No bra needed with a shelf that lifted and squished my girls just right. The ruching I was worried would look cheap, but totally snatched my waist. I am obsessed.

Lots of compliments on this dress! I was very comfortable all night. Never felt like I had to suck anything in or pull anything up. I ended up in the 4 instead of the 6 because I’m small busted. Felt a little snug at the shoulders, but it was difficult to adjust the straps because the celvet gets all bunched. Could’ve used a little length.

So comfortable! I loved that I could just wear a regular strapless bra. It’s perfect, even has a little extra fabric to hold boobs up if you choose to wear only nipple covers or something. Lots of compliments with this one

I ordered this for an Old Hollywood themed event. It was gorgeous. Only downside was the material was irritating to the under side of my arms when dancing.

This dress reminded me of the velvety slip dresses of the 90’s, with that added glam flare. Got so many compliments & the ruching was flattering to my middle & bust.

The only negative thing I will note is due to my heel hight the dress looked like it was hemmed too high on me. For reference I am 6’5 and wore 3 inch heels. Everything else about the dress was great and I received multiple complements! It’s very comfy and stretchy so it didn’t require and shape-ware either.

The length was perfect. It’s a very comfortable, stretchy, velvet material. Insanely flattering. There are adjustable straps. I got compliments all night! I highly recommend this dress.

Was a super comfortable dress to wear for a wedding. Great fit and movement to the dress.

This dress is extremely comfortable and is very soft, velvety. Its not too form fitting so it will hid a tummy. I have an extremely short torso so the gathering didn’t do much for my shape. It kind of cut me off and didn’t give me the look I was going for. I did get the medium but probably needed the small. It would of helped with the gathering in the midsection. I did not end up wearing this dress and went with something a little more form fitting and more formal. Although I could see myself renting this dress for New Years or a fun party!

wore this to a 30's themed jazz night and it was perfect. wish the waist was a little more cinched in to be more flattering, but was super comfortable all night!

This dress fit so beautifully, especially as a curvy person. The ruching down the front looks amazing and the velvet feel is so soft.

Glamorous and stunning were some of the compliments I received. This dress was very comfortable to wear. Fitted top gives structure A line waist is forgiving. Heavier weight fabric perfect for the Fall wedding I attended.

Such a lovely fit and movement in the fabric. Forgiving around the middle for a night of noshing at a wedding. Lots of compliments, and velvet was just the thing for the cooler autumn evening vibe. I wore low heels, since I am petite and the length was great.

I wore this dress to a wedding vow renewal at a little white chapel in Las Vegas, where I was a guest. I wanted something fun and a little sparkly, but not over-the-top formal. This dress was perfect! It's stretchy and not too hot, the curves hug your body but the ruching makes it very flattering. I wore a strapless bra with it, but you don't have to.

Be mindful that the fabric is a thick, velvety feel. It looks lightweight in photos, but definitely heavy and traps heat. It was very flattering on my athletic build. It also was cut in a way that allowed for a strapless bra
