Bardot Flounce Dress

Loved this dress! Comfy, pretty and it has pockets 🙌🏼

Wore this dress around Dubai and it was mostly comfy and airy in the desert heat. It has pockets! Does run a bit large, since it's very flowy.

This dress was comfortable and fun and perfect for a day out with friends. The weather was beautiful, and the dress was great for a 80 degree day. I would definitely wear this dress again if it was still in my closet.

Comfortable and fun to wear - very feminine and flouncy. Can wear the sleeves off the shoulders or on the shoulders. Wore it with white sneakers for a casual summer day.

So cute, comfy, pockets, off-shoulder that stays put, bra optional. What more could you want? Rented for a trip to wine country, ended up wearing to a Schitt's Creek party too! Will definitely rent again.

Sleeves don't stay put but not a terrible problem, just a really nice dress to wear. The S fit perfectly meaning any bigger in the bust and it might be too small, I think a M would be a good fit for me also.

Just ok. Based upon the photos I thought I could wear the sleeves up instead off the shoulder but the elastic was unbearably tight. My arms are big so that could be my own problem. I wore it at work and couldn't wait to get home and change.

Although I read other reviews saying the sleeves were too tight, I rented this to try it out. Of course, my fellow RTR ladies were right!! Uncomfortably tight sleeves. I swapped it out. Wouldn't recommend.

Fit great. Ample pockets. Wore to dinner, road trip, flight, around the house ... basically lived in this dress. Would recommend!

This dress has the amazing ability to go from a light comfy summer dress (with shoulders up) to a glamorous one (shoulders down). Perfect for hot days when you want to look fabulous, but not too much for a casual occation. Only issues was that the sleeves don't stay down off the shoulders when you move, but that was a minor thing.

Beautiful and effortless. Waist, sleeves and neckline are all lined with elastic so it's a very easy fit. You could maybe go down a size but I took my true size. You can wear it off shoulder or regular short sleeves and you can wear a regular bra. It has pockets <3 it's a little see through, but not terrible. You can wear bide underwear or a little pair of shape wear shorts. I loved it and could see myself wearing it a bunch of times

This dress is very youthful and playful! Wish I could buy it!

Light, comfortable cotton fabric. I wore a slip underneath for extra warmth but the dress itself isn't that sheer - I could have easily worn nude colored things underneath without the slip. Wearing the sleeves on the shoulders with a slightly empire waist (because that's what will happen) gives a more casual vibe, while wearing it off-shoulder with the waist pulled down to the natural waist makes it more dressy. Length was good on me, the front came to the knee, and the back to mid-calf.

The dress over all runs large. I Kept the sleeves over my shoulders which did make it right on the arms. Great material and pockets. I wore with a wide camel colored belt for better shape

This was pretty cute, but not great. I would give it 3 1/2 stars if I could, but decided to round up. I took the other reviewers' advice and sized down and it fit perfectly (thank you, my fellow RTR reviewers!). That said, I received at least three different fraulein/milk maid comments over the course of the day, and they weren't wrong lol. If that's what you're going for then hey - you're in luck! If not, then... maybe try something else. I will say that the model of this photo is really selling it so if you have her size/unique looks then maybe you can make it look a little less twee/German waitress in the 40s.

Not my style

Nothing special about this dress. It was cute enough to wear outside the house. Very comfortable.

I was excited to try this dress but it really did nothing for my figure. I tried shoulders up and off shoulders and neither looked very good on me. There is a lot of fabric in the skirt which made my middle section look heavier. Returned without wearing!

It would be a fantastic maternity dress, but it is too much fabric and not an interesting enough pattern for my petite frame.

The dress looked so basic and conservative, and its likely because I'm short. Very boxy and hangs too low to look as it does on the model. Did not wear out.

Too small in the chest . Seam didn’t even hit under the breasts . Better for a small chest

So uncomfortable on my arms, I had to go back home and change clothes.

As other reviewers have noted, the elastic on the arm is like a vice. I felt like I had a ponytail holder around my arm - and I don't have larger than average arms. That alone would have made it impossible to wear. The bodice fit very strangely, as well. I couldn't tell if it was supposed to be an empire waist or if it was supposed to sit lower. Either way it looked terrible. Maybe this would be good for super petite ladies, but for average+ height I just don't see it working.

I wanted to love this dress, but there was truly no way to make it flattering. In the photos it looks like light, flowy volume, but in reality, it is just a lot of fabric. The chest area is unflattering and the sleeve elastic is too tight. I said it fit "too big" from the selection above, but it's not a matter of having ordered a size too big, it's just an unflattering dress
