Octana Dress

Don't think about it. Rent this dress. The print is so pretty, and the length was not too long for me I'm 5'2". Has pockets ( a must have got me). Tends to be on the more formal side so good for important work meetings or a garden party.

Was constantly approached by both men and women saying how elegant it was! One person even said they wanted their daughter to dress like this and thought my style was the best example. REALLY wanted to buy it!!

Wore this for a work/museum event and received so many compliments. It fit very comfortably on my hourglass body shape. And was fun to twirl around in to welcome Spring!

I wish I had it in so many colors

This was a very easy dress to wear and I felt lovely in it. The dress is cotton, which makes it a little less formal, but the skirt has yards and yards of fabric, which elevates it. I appreciated the pockets quite a bit!

I wore this to my daughters, rehearsal dinner and received so many compliments. The top is very tailored, while the skirt is very full, but not bulky. The fabric is a medium weight and has pockets. Cara Cara has the feminine shirt dress look nailed. Highly recommend!

Wore for an afternoon garden party. I’m usually a size 6 pants and can be small or medium in tops depending on the cut because of bust. I wore a minimizer bra and went with the size 6 dress. The size 8 worked great in the bust but was too big in the waist, which is obvious when you cinch the belt and the buckle is off center.

This dress was perfect. But I'm saying it ran small because I'm between a 12 & 14 and this 14 fit perfectly if just edging towards snug in my chest. If you are between sizes, you may want to size up. Will definitely rent again.

Fit was perfect and TTS. Wore this to work and to an Easter brunch. And it has pockets!!

I am so glad I wore this dress. I almost didn't because it is a little fitted in the waist but after 30 minutes it was comfortable and I didn't notice that it was tight. I wore for work but would be perfect for Easter. I had strangers stop me and tell me how beautiful this dress was.

The print was fabulous, the fabric was super soft and light. The fit was perfect for me. I got tons of compliments all night and it has large pockets!!!

This dress has been a conversation starter, I talked about it all day. While I 1950’s are one of my favorites, I own many original and wear daily, this dress felt as though it was made just for me. While the colors are not my favorite, I love this dress, and the pockets make the dress.

Wore the size 12. It is woven so there is not a lot of give. It fit perfect. The length hit about the end of my calf so good with heels or flip flops at the end of the night.

Something about the way the skirt is constructed makes the most flattering drape! It's very special. Conservative enough for any situation. Pockets! And button-down for nursing!

Perfect wedding guest dress

I know, I know “florals for spring-ground breaking” but really this dress is! Perfect. Will rent again.

This dress was made for my work event at the Botanical Gardens. So many compliments and the dress was absolutely stunning.

Classic swing dress with a full skirt and cinched waist. Had pockets. Mid weight cotton that's easy to wear in most weather.

I absolutely loved this dress - felt like a modern, well-adjusted Betty Draper. Per usual for a Cara Cara dress, this is extremely well made, with snaps in between the buttons on the torso to avoid gapping. My only gripe is that RTR has started sewing belts on (which, I get it) and the wag this is sewn, the buckle is off center. This fit well for my petite hourglass frame. Depending on the brand / style I can be anywhere from a 6-10 in dresses and I took a 6 in this, so maybe size down, especially if you aren’t busty. My measurements: Chest: 38” Waist: 29” Hips: 40”

I wore this to an awards ceremony where the dress code was business/cocktail. It was perfect and got so many compliments! The skirt was so full and fun - very “Mad Men”!! It fit so well! The only spot that was a little tight was buttoning up at my chest. Once it was buttoned though, it was comfortable and never came unbuttoned! Would totally rent again!!
