the belt is above the dropped waist and there is a lot of material to gather. i liked it. might have pinned the chest between the buttons if i could have done that myself. Got complliments but it wasn't my favorite

I loved the luxe material and built in belt of this shirt dress. I wore it to the office, and it was fine but I wasn’t in love. It wasn’t overly flattering due to the drop waist.
I rent Boss dresses often and am usually a size 10 but I should’ve sized down for the one! The belt made it especially noticeable because it bunched up the fabric in an unflattering way. The belt doesn’t sit below the last button so I already think it cuts your proportions a bit funny. It’s cute over all but because the dress was a bit too big I couldn’t cinch it well without too much bunching. Might be better in a smaller size but I think my bust to waist ratio drops and requires more cinching than this dress might allow.

Fit was surprisingly cuter than expected - but didn't love the color and the little belt.
Very light. Lots of room. The belt it comes with worked fine. Wrinkled a bit but not too bad. Would be good for a very hot outdoor event where you want to be wearing something airy. It wasn’t that flattering so I wouldn’t rent it again.
