Purple Pleated Panel Dress

Stunning dress, slightly fuller on the top half, but comfy for an evening of luxury dinner & fun

dress is substantial, well-made and fit perfectly. I paired with black soft leather belt and tied in back and fun earrings/strappy black sandals. Received SOOOO many compliments- it was so much fun!

Fabric is somewhat flat and doesn’t have an any “sheen” BUT, so gorgeous and unique. Wore to a corporate reception. LOVED!

I absolutely loved this dress! The colors are so amazing and the dress works well as casual day dress and party dress as well. Fit is flattering and comfortable. I felt like a Queen in this 💕 I will buy when there’s a sale, hated to send it back!

Wore a belt with it as others suggested. Wore it to a black tie wedding and got lots of compliments. I like how it's different and stood out a bit.

The colors and style are very eye catching, the fabric is not as light and flowy, as you would imagine- but it’s still very soft. There is a bit of extra fabric in the bodice, probably could have sized down to a 2, but cinched it with a belt. (29” waist)

This dress is stunning and so unique. I am not sure I have worn a dress where I have been stopped by more strangers about it. Kind of a pain to steam out the wrinkles, but worth it. It does look better with a belt.

The dress does involve a lot of material and if you are under 5' 6 it would be overwhelming. I'm usually a 6 or 4 and wore the 2 with plenty of room. I would recommend sizing down, as the waist has elastic to give stretch. The material is a nice weight cotton and doesn't show wrinkles. I wore it straight out of the bag. The dress does need a belt to break up the pattern and amount of material. I wore it with both a black and a tan/natural raffia belt and each worked well. The tan belt making it a bit more casual. I wore it to the opera and a summer wedding reheresal dinner. At both events several people commented about the dress being a stunner!

This dress was beautiful, and the material was really nice, airy, and comfortable. Chest was a little large and length was really long on me. Did not drag on the ground with heels though, so still wore it, felt pretty, and got compliments.

I loved the idea of this dress, and from the front I think it looked nice, but the back had WAY too much fabric. I wanted to wear it to a work event but decided that the bagginess to the back made it look unacceptable. Didn’t end up wearing.

Nice dress, but feels quite poofy in the top, and I don't even have a big bust. I think wearing it with a belt like the model would be helpful.

Cut in at top made it difficult to wear a normal bra. Colors are great but more of a Matte or flash finish. Long length. Elegant pleating. Not my favorite rental. It was fine.

I ended up not wearing this dress because it wasn't right for my event but I think it would be great to wear to a spring or summer event like a wedding. I'm between a size 8 and a size 10 and the eight was a little roomy on me in the waist and chest so I think I would try a size 6 next time.

Fun for date night or theater outing. Lots of fabric, but just go with it. Top is puffy around the bust, and I do not need any added volume there, but the overall effect is pretty enough to overlook it. Needed racerback bra. I added a belt. Would be pretty with a gold chain belt. Would rent again.

Dress is forgiving in terms of sizing

I wore this for Easter & a purple themed party. It's a pretty dress, but I'm not crazy about the handkerchief hem. It's a nice dress, but it didn't wow me as much as I expected.

This is the second time I've rented this dress. I would love to buy it. The colors are great and the pattern is interesting. It is super comfortable.

I felt like a princess in this dress. The colors are gorgeous and it's very flattering. Tons of material so be ready for that, but with the fitted waist that wasn't a problem. I wore a belt with it.

This is a lot of fabric but if you bring it in with a blazer or a belt it can be pretty elegant. Or let it flow free and get a hippie vibe. This would be a perfect dress if it had pockets.

Beautiful flowing dress, no stretch, but didn't need it. Great to twirl in. Wish it came with a belt as that how it's shown styled. I added a light pink belt which seemed more fitting for summer

Pretty dress, worked for the occasion. Would be aware that the fabric is heavy and definitely needs a belt to define the waist (I went with silver belt and silver heels which worked well). The dress also runs large; I'm typically a size 2 and ended up wearing the 0 with a little extra fabric to spare.

People loved this dress. I wore it on an average day but would also be good for work. Fits just right. It's a lot of fabric so would recommend for Fall / Spring. If you want, cinch your waist as well to keep your shape.

Meant to wear it to a party, but ended up just wearing it to work. 4 strangers stopped me to compliment the dress wanting to know where I got it. So comfortable. Loved wearing it.

Loved this dress for a formal dinner. I also brought it on a beach vacation to wear to a bridal brunch. The material was a little too thick for a tropical hot and humid climate.

This was a gorgeous dress, but it took a LOT of steaming to get the major wrinkles out so that the structure can fully shine. Add a statement belt. I went with a gold metallic one that looks like a solid piece of metal, and topped it off with an amazing hat.

Very cute. Probably would look Better with a belt but I wore without one. I got lots of compliments. I liked the fabric as it was more matte than shiny as I was expecting.
