Meredith Jacket

Love this blazer, perfect for work and travel or just everyday.

This is a well made jacket and it’s in great shape - no pilling, fraying, etc. Unfortunately it was too big / boxy on my petite, busty frame - especially from the side, it hung diagonally off my chest like a tent. That said I did like the cropped length of the body, and the sleeves weren’t TOO long. I think this would work well on someone petite to average height that has a smaller chest. I am usually a size medium or 6/8 but sometimes size up in jackets and/or designer brands - I rented a large in this because the Gaspard cardigan from the same brand is a hair tight in the arms in a medium and it’s a knit so it has some give. It’s possible sizing down to a medium would help with the sleeves/shoulders, but I think I’d have the same problem with the fit on the chest/torso because the material is fairly structured. I am 5’2” and my measurements are below: Bust: 39” (30i bra) Waist: 29” Hips: 41”

Pairs well with a dress. Boxy and thick, so it works best with a short sleeve or thin long sleeve and gives the broad shoulder look for someone whose shoulders are less prominent.

Great quality - great for a polished look at work and air conditioned offices. Will rent again.

I thought about purchasing this one. The buttons are amazing and the fit was just perfect (note I did order a smaller size than typical, so the cut is a bit oversized). Really loved this one and very high quality, especially as compared to some of my other recent blazer rentals.

Will size up next time, but a great piece. Surprisingly lightweight, goes with so much, came with tags!

Beautiful jacket for work and special events.

This wasn't quite my style once I put it on, but it was a nice addition to a dress for work.

I didn’t wear this. I had high hopes when it arrived because the fabric is very rich and the buttons are elegant. The jacket is very stiff and smallish in the shoulders and arms, but boxy across the bust and the waist. The stiff fabric tents out in the back from the shoulders. This would look very pretty if you’re just standing still giving a presentation. It’s definitely not for moving around in.

This has so much potential but I found it very scratchy and too rigid on my neck but also too big and boxy on a petite frame.

Too short and heavy.

I got a SS2 which I thought was a size 6-8 but the tag says xs. It is way too small across the shoulders and short on my arms. Not comfortable but would be cute if the sizing was more accurate

How can a coat be huge everywhere but still try to cut off my circulation in the arms? 🤔 Sleeves are so short I felt like I borrowed it from my little cousin. And no, I don’t even have big arms!
