Red Front Ruffle Gown

41" bust, 30" waist, 40" high hip, 44" low hip, wore heels and the long length was just above the floor. The front v is quite low. Because I was wearing this to a professional gala, I did wear a camisole underneath- otherwise, I would have needed garment tape to prevent any wardrobe malfunctions. However, the dress was very comfortable to wear all night, and I felt good wearing it!

I ordered this in 10 and 12. The 10 fit perfectly. I had ordered another dress, so I didn’t end up wearing this one. I would order this dress again for another event.

Last minute order that ended up being the perfect dress for a “Lady in Red” formal affair. Easy to move and breathe in. Quality fabric. Very comfortable! Badgley Mischka never fails me!

This dress was an absolute stunner. Similar to other reviews, the cut is low in the front but it was still appropriate for my occasion. Overall, very very happy with the fit and style.

Zipper got stuck. But fit and overall look was a 10!

This red gown from Badgley Mischka was perfect. The fit was amazing on me. Not too tight, the length was just right and I received so many compliments. I rented a size 20 and 22...however the size 20 was a perfect fit.

I wore this dress for a photo shoot to launch my romance coaching business. I love the ruffle detail that added interest and complimented my curves. I think I would have preferred the 16, but I wanted to make sure it zipped over my full bust. This dress worked beautifully for the photo shoot!

I didn't have good luck with the two dresses I rented online from RTR. I was so nervous and went to the store in Georgetown. I had an event in 2 hours and the stylists helped me. They picked out this dress. I would have never picked it out for myself, and it's unfortunate because I didn't want to take it off! The Georgetown location is amazing. Definitely go there if you are close enough.

The dress was very flattering. Skimmed in all the right places. I did wear shapewear underneath. I will say it was a bit long, even with heels I had to hold it up to walk/dance. The long sleeves felt a bit matronly compared to the rest of the dress. The fabric was very thick and warm, so it'd be great for winter.

I am curvy- would be better for colder weather. Material is beautiful but heavy.

This dress was very flattering. It had a lower neckline than I'm used to. I used some fabric tape to hold it in place. ( I'm not that busy). The length was perfect too. I'm 5' 7.5" and wore 3 inch heals.

I felt like Cupid in this dress! Lots of compliments from my husband and restaurant staff (and patrons!) on the dress! I loved it and would love any opportunity/excuse to wear it again!

This dress fit true to size and was amazing. Length was perfect (I'm 5'4"). It felt great to wear, the color was sensational, and I received so many compliments. I wore it for more than one occasion. It was a little low cut for me so I just wore a red cami underneath and it solved that concern.

Lots of compliments. Great for large chest but it is a low v neckline.

Heavy fabric but high quality. First rented 12L fit perfect with my 4” heels. Upon re renting only a 14 was avail and couldn’t wear- falling off my shoulders. It smooths and hides everything and was comfy & stretchy even over my flabby arms. Planning to buy!

I ordered the 12 and 14, but a couple of days before I was notified that the 14 wasn't available. I was nervous, but the 12 fit perfectly. The bust was comfortable, but it does show off the girls a bit. The color is even more beautiful in person. The side ruffle is absolutely beautiful. Everyone loved the dress! Highly recommend!

Great dress for galas and formal events, the dress was very comfy, and has a thick material that is good for cooler evenings. It was a bit large in the mid-section, so I would recommend sizing down

This dress was beautiful! The material was heavy enough, but not too heavy for a long night. It was very stretchy which allowed for pure comfort. I have very wide hips, so I’m hesitant to rent formfitting dresses. I decided to size up to the 10 L, but after I tried the dress on, I probably could have gotten away with the 8L. I have a large bust and this fit just fine with even extra room. Length was perfect with a 4 inch heel!

This is a beautiful gown. I received many compliments. I recommend ordering a size up along with your regular size. I ended up wearing the 12 instead of the 10. It’s a little low cut so I wore a red lace bandeau to cover some of the cleavage. We traveled from Memphis to Nashville for the event. It wrinkled a little. Use an iron to press. The steamer didn’t work.

This was so elegant. I wore for a formal night out. It was very flattering especially in the midsection. Several men and women complimented me.

For like a glove and got so many compliments! Only problem was the zipper would always catch on the seam between skirt and top so I would need my boyfriends help to zip it up all the way.

This dress!! After hearing friends talk about RTR for years I finally decided to try it. I hit the jackpot with this dress! So many compliments! I would definitely have ordered a size smaller and not the L but it wasn’t available. Still, the dress was very flattering and so comfortable. Great fabric! I’d rent this one again and will definitely return to RTR.

The red dress was perfect! It was comfortable, and stretchy enough for the top of my arms to fit. The lining of the dress helped with how it looked from behind. I wore a light skims with it. I will definitely use this service again. It is always tricky to find a plus size amazing outfit and I am delighted that Rent The Runway fit the bill! Thank you, Jennifer Martin

This dress is comfortable and flattering. I usually go for a black dress because it's most flattering. But I was pleasantly surprised with this red dress. The material is nice and thick and the ruffle in the front hides your stomach so that's a plus. I am 5'10" and weigh 290 lbs. The 20L fit perfectly for this tall curvy woman :) Highly recommend!

This dress was perfect for a winter wedding around Xmas. It was ridiculously comfortable, cozy, and so sexy. I got tons of compliments and felt amazing in it. It originally wasn't my first choice and I was pleasantly surprised but how gorgeous it was in person.

I was second guessing this dress after I ordered it, thinking it may feel too old... but it gives off serious red dress emoji vibes. Much sassier than I was expecting in all the best ways. Fits true to size.

Rented this in an 8 and 10, but the 8 was too small. Really loved the fit of this dress, wore it with 2.5" heels and didn't have any issues with it dragging. I didn't have any gaping at the chest but used two small pieces of body tape as extra insurance. Got tons of compliments all night.

I got at least 100 compliments on this dress. I love it so much I wish I bought it instead of rented it. Absolutely beautiful and classic design, bright cherry red color. The pictures of other renters helped me decide whether or not the cut of this dress would suit my body shape. I got both 12 and 14 since I can easily fit both sizes but I wore the 12 because the 14 was baggy in the stomach area. I ordered it long because I'm 5'10" and 190lbs curvy body type for reference. I LOVE THIS DRESS!!!!
