The fabric has stretch to it so it was very comfortable and easy to wear. Other reviewers remarked on the length, but I am petite so the length was perfect on me. The ruching on the sleeves is a cool detail. I would definitely rent again, maybe even purchase.

Others have mentioned it's a bit short. With tights and flats I didn't think so. Well, maybe I was at the limits of what's age appropriate! It's also a bit shapeless but I love this style. Great if you don't have the flattest tummy. And it's plaid!

I loved this dress for work. The lining and the details on the sleeves make it feel very nice. Agree with other reviews that it's short - but pairing with opaque tights makes it work.

I rented this for our trip between Christmas and New Years. And it ended up being between 75 - 80 degrees. The dress is very thick!! And would be perfect for an event during a cooler weather. Wish I could have worn it!

I was worried about wearing this dress with a curvy figure, but I was pleasantly surprised. Having hips makes it a bit short, but with tights and my height I found it work appropriate.

I knew this was going to be problematic, but I wanted it anyway. Size 4 top, 6/8 bottom 28 waist. While the dress was a bit roomy on top, I had to forcefully pull it down over my hips. It didn’t like that and kept riding up, leaving the material pooling around my stomach. Not great for me, but great (and warm) for someone more proportionate

Looove this dress! Felt a liddle tight in the forearms but I just shirked up the sleeves a bit and was perfect. Length is on the mini-er side but I live for a mini. Material is substantial and it hid my holiday tummy really well.

Skims over curves, subtle plaid with greens, blue and brown, fabric has moderate stretch. Skirt length is quite short for the office, so I recommend opaque tights

Love this dress! The pattern is beautiful and the ruching on the sleeves is a nice touch. The dress is a little short. I'm 5'5 and the small was. A little on the short side but worked with tights. The dress runs a little big through the chest and hips, so I ended up wearing it with a blazer because on its own it looked a little shapeless. But I would definitely rent again!

Wonder dress to wear to work or just everyday.I would recommend sizing up if you have curvier assets as this is a straight fit. Really warm fabric so perfect for the winter months. You can dress this up or down, pair it with tights or bare leg, works so many different ways!

This structured plaid dress is very flattering. I am very top heavy and have a post preggo tummy, and it was overall slimming. Nice thick quality. Very versatile in that you could pair it with brown riding boots and a puffy vest for a fall look, or with black tights and heels for a professional look. If I could afford this dress I'd buy it!

I rented this specifically to wear to a board meeting where I knew I'd be the youngest (and likely only female) attendee. It was the perfect mix of polished and sophisticated, while also being just short enough to still feel young. I sized up for length and it was definitely loose in the chest/torso, but I'm not sure that a 12 would've been long enough. I wasn't looking for a tight dress for this event in any case.

This dress was great for work! It was warm and comfortable and was flattering. I will say I felt it was a little short (which could be because I’m tall), but because I was wearing tights underneath it was fine. I would definitely recommend this dress.

The designer knows good material! Dress was thick, good for winter, subtle pattern. Was concerned a bit about my hips and the dress being a little tight in that area, I would consider sizing up a bit

I am 5'8" so I spent the entire day tugging the dress down. The quality, pattern, fit otherwise was great. A shame it's so short on me.

Didn't really love at first because it fits but if I raise my hands the entire dress rides up. It's a thick dress but flattering. Will have to wear with dark tights for fear of flashing the world, but perfect for winter themed events!

The seam had separated on the right sleeve, but it wasn't very noticeable so I wore the dress anyway. Very cute dress, well made, perfect for the office.

I'm usually a 4 but only the 6 was available so I gave it a try. It was large enough in chest and shoulders that I imagine the 4 would be big as well. I loved the detail in the sleeves. It was a great fall dress for work...

This is very comfortable, well made and sure to keep you warm--especially if you add a scarf. Due the reviews about the length, I ordered an 8 so I would have some room in the bust and therefore, not pull up the length. However, it is too roomy and still too short for work without thick leggings--even opaque tights made the shortness noticeable. Because I didn't feel like finding something else to wear this morning and it wasn't completely unflattering, I added a belt to to it and gray leggings and black boots and it works for my somewhat casual work environment. I wouldn't wear it to a client meeting though.

I'm not sure why it didn't quite work, I usually like this shape of dress. It was a bit tight around the top of my chest (which is not the kind of thing I usually have a problem with!) and a little too long for me and the ruching on the sleeves looked sloppy on my arms instead of cute ... it would definitely work for someone, but didn't for me. It wasn't the wrong size, exactly, just not the right fit.

I've rented this in the past, and my re-rental didn't disappoint. Just as cute as I remembered it. Flattering and comfortable, I recommend this for work or for an elevated weekend look.

This dress fit but was slightly more snug than I am comfortable wearing. It was cute but I would've gone up a size to have it fit more comfortably.

I thought I could get away with it with tights but absolutely not. It was tight through the arms and then went way to high when I raised my arms even halfway.
