Drape Dolman Gown

The drape of this is what makes it a stunner - definitely better on! Gorgeous shimmery material, more of a light lavender. Very fitted around the bodice with no stretch, but still comfortable. Was able to wear a bra by pinning neckline. Got so many compliments. Loved it more than I expected to.

Wore for a wedding! I love how elegant this dress is. Photographs so well. Only complaint is the front is very low cut but I was able to safety pin together and it worked great.

Complements galore! It was super fun to wear, flattering, and made me feel like a million bucks. I have a big chest so had to use fashion tape to keep it from showing too much but otherwise was perfect

Loved this dress. It's even better in person! It has a pretty shimmer that when the light hits it literally looks like a princess lol. Only thing I didn't love was I had to use probably 20 pieces of fashion tape otherwise I would have been revealing too much lol. I would still recommend this dress though! I got SO many compliments!!

Pros - the sizing I picked was perfect for me at 25 weeks pregnant. I read all the reviews and agree it's bigger than the size states. If you're my measurements, and your midways through pregnancy (see stats in previous posts), then get the size I did. You will need a plunging bra. I got one online and it worked great. Sticky bras are NO match for a hot beach weather and for pregnant boobies. Fashion tape is a good idea too. The inside waist has NO give, so don't do what I did and load up on hors d'oeuvres at the cocktail party...LOL. Other considerations - the inside was very itchy, especially on my chest. So a (plunging) bra was an absolute must for me. I had zero trouble with my arms as others remarked. I wasn't going swing dancing, so I was as perfectly fine. Overall great gown! I will rent again when I'm post partum for sure.

Loved this dress! You cannot raise your arms up with it on without looking crazy, but it’s pretty forgiving and flattering and packs down pretty small. Definitely need boob tape for the front but I have a large chest and it worked well with just nipple petals and boob tape. I don’t see how you could wear a bra of any kind except maybe one of those mega-plunge stick on things. The back does allow for bra. Wish I’d taken a pic from the front. I loved it and thought about buying it but it’s kind of a wear-it-once dress

So many compliments! So comfortable, and perfect for cooler weather with the sleeves. Pretty true to size for me, dress tape is a must for the plunging neckline but once I taped it down, I felt completely comfortable for the rest of the night. The color of this dress is incredible, a light pinkish-lavender with iridescence.

I got so many compliments on this look, I paired with champagne gold accessories [also from RTR] and I felt like the bell of the ball. Vibe = feel like a goddess all night long! Only comment on the fit - I'm bustier 34D, but even if I wasn't the chest does gape a bit. I used fashion tape and brought some along with me to fix as needed throughout the night. But otherwise, GORGE fit and the flowy material made me feel like a princess and was fun to wear. 10 out of 10!!

I have never received so many compliments in my life! This dress made me feel so glamorous and pretty! It is very sexy without being overtly sexy. Love how unique of style it is. I ordered a size 8 and size 10, but the 8 fit perfectly (which is my normal dress size). Be prepared to get a million compliments on this dress!

This is a stunning dress, I read the reviews and sized down and was very comfortable. The dress is a mix of lavender and pink and flows beautifully. The dress is lined as well and has a deep v-neck and you can use fashion tape to secure it.

I went with another option but this dress lives rent free in my mind. Wish I would have chosen it. It’s so luxurious and flattering. Might rent again for my next black tie wedding.

I am 5'7 and wore a 2 inch heel and had to hold the dress up. Next time I'll do a taller heel. It was very comfortable and beautiful for a ballet. I did not tape but could have used a strip of tap because it is low cut.

Don’t usually love purple but this dress changed my mind about that. So many compliments all night!

Loved wearing this, felt beautiful and comfortable. Received many compliments all day. The only minor criticisms are that the front is pretty low cut but I was able to secure it easily a little higher and you can't lift your arms easily (only important for hugging and dancing). The only part you need to make sure fits is around your true waist, otherwise it's roomy.

The deep v-neck was really flattering even though I have a smaller chest. The pleating around the bust does lay flat & I have room if you have a bigger bust (fabric fills out if needed), no stretch in the fabric. The dolman sleeves are so nice especially if you want alittle extra coverage!

Absolutely loved this dress!!! I got so many complements that night and after. It is extremely low cut and I did not fill it out enough in the top so I pulled it together a little higher. The sleeves cut in a way that makes dancing difficult which was slightly annoying but worth it. Extremely comfortable and flattering dress!

This dress was a show stopper, no doubt. The fit was kind of interesting though. The top was so drapey and loose, I had to safety pin and fashion tape myself in to prevent anything being exposed. But the sleeves were also somehow very constricting, like I couldn’t lift my arms up at all without the sleeves rolling up over my shoulders. And the slit on the skirt was very high, I constantly was having to keep it closed while sitting. I personally wouldn’t rent again for a function but could see it working for a photoshoot or an event where you’ll be standing a lot.

Dress and fabric are much prettier in person. This dress is an absolute head turner, it’s classy and sexy at the same time which isn’t easy to do. I got so many compliments from everyone, from young men to older women. Definitely make sure you have fashion tape on hand for the front, but not sure how much tape I would’ve actually needed if the dress was zipped. I only gave a 4 star rating because the zipper stuck so bad that I ended up wearing the back open, on first try on my boyfriend had trouble with it but ultimately got it up. The day of the event it stuck in the same spot but wouldn’t budge, thankfully I’d decided against a bra and just wore cakes because of the low cut, and everyone who knew about the zipper issue said it looked like it was supposed to be that way. Overall it worked out but I was definitely stressed and annoyed for a part of the night.

I wore this dress to a formal awards event and it was the perfect style for the event! The material is stunning in person and photos. My one qualm was with the bust - it was so much lower cut than I expected. I was constantly making sure I didn’t have a wardrobe malfunction and felt very on display. The model pictures don’t demonstrate how low cut the dress is in person. I think this would be perfect on someone with a smaller bust.

Very roomy, too roomy in the bust for me being a 32B and too long even with heels being 5’3”. Also cannot really move your arms in this one because of the shape of these drapery sleeves. Looks lovely but I like to get down at weddings too much. If dancing is not for you, but being an elegant queen is, this is for you!

Way too low cut to wear anywhere, waist had no give and was too small. Petite length was appropriate & was a good fit. Arms had no give so keep in mind if you’re wearing to an event where you’ll want to dance!

Wore this to a wedding, it was elegant, yet not over the top a child only slightly on the floor with heels. I am sure if I would've worn hire Hears I would've not Dragun floor at all. I use fabric tape to keep it close in the front, you will need that for sure. Otherwise it just opens out like a vest.
