Open Back Knit Dress

Wore this on several occasions but my favorite was for my family Christmas card. It was so comfortable to wear throughout the shoot and photographed beautifully.

The open back really makes this textured sweater dress truly distinctive. I received tons of compliments at a holiday party (and loved the dress so much, I wore it to dinner in another part of the city the next night!) As other reviewers noted, you’ll need pasties as you cannot wear a bra.

Fits true to size hugs your curves

Fit perfectly. Warm and fitted but flattering. Wore seamless undies and no bra, just nip covers. Wore it to date night with my hubby. Would rent again.

The back is cut out and since it was cold I wore a black tank top underneath with shiny black leggings. Loved it

This was a fun dress to wear for a date night! Wore it to a new restaurant in Park City for my birthday. Super cute.

I wore this for my engagement shoot and I am going to buy it to have for myself! It’s so comfortable and looked so amazing in the photos. I wore an S because that’s all that was available but it definitely was too big on me. Especially because it has the gap in the back, you probably want to size down because the dress will contour to you but if it’s too big the gap is gonna look silly (as it did on me). Also… a steamer will be your friend with this one lol

Great fashionable little dress. Very warm. Nice to have the semi-open back. However, cannot wear a conventional bra with it without back bra strap showing, though.

Nice and warm with quality materials. Wore it for our fall engagement party and got compliments all night. Don’t plan on wearing a bra, the open back is adorable and hits high.

This was a great dress to wear to a formal or casual gathering. The back was pretty high at the opening and I had to use fashion tape to keep it from showing my bra. If you are like me and cannot go braless you will need fashion tape or a high back bra to accommodate, but dress is worth it and super cute

The dress has great material but it is bulky- wish I went with a M. I love the back & its high quality and comfy :)

I so want to buy this dress in all the colors bc it’s perfect for holiday gatherings. Sexy back but not too sexy and super warm but the open back keeps you cool. Sleeves are too puffy to wear with anything on top unless it’s super loose. Size was perfect with my measurements. Definitely recommend renting this for the fall/winter season!

Loved this dress and got so many compliments. It is short so not for a work party/event. I wore it for a pre wedding social and a bar for drinks. My husband could not keep his eyes off me and it fit well on all the curves. I’m a small chested woman and that wasn’t an issue with the dress. I couldn’t wear a bra but had to wear petals due to the back. I was able to wear shapewear shorts to manage my stomach.

This fit just as I expected definitely on the shorter side, but I wanted that look for my tall boots with it so it went perfectly. Beware though once you are inside, you will be sweating. It’s extremely thick with no room to breathe.

Wore to a 1st bday party and date night. Not itchy and super warm, I didn’t need a coat both times. The open back does come up very high so a bra is not possible, I wore sticky boobs and had no issues!

The back is quite open so any bra would be visible. It’s warm but I wasn’t dying when it was high 60s. I have no hips so it was a little loose there, there’s def space sewn in for curves which is nice.

Only complaint about this dress is the fabric was a little itchy, would still get it again though! Paired it with some fun tights, black heels, and this fun coat also from RTR

I wore this for Christmas Eve. I liked that it was a great option for the winter, but wasn't overly formal. It was comfortable and warm, but the back cutout made it more fun. I definitely couldn't wear a bra, so I used nipple covers, which weren't great because the front had been stretched out a bit from larger boobs (I'm a large A cup). It's definitely on the shorter side if you have a booty, but with tights, worked great.

This dress is perfect for colder weather formal events. I got so many compliments on it and would rent it again. As mentioned in other reviews, you will need a sticky bra as the open back hits right at the bra line. The hem of the dress slightly flipped up on itself (this may be fixed with a quick iron, I just didn’t have the time/didn’t want to risk damaging the dress). If you’re hesitant about it, I would go for it! I’m pear shaped, about 140 pounds and wore the medium. I probably could’ve fit the small but the medium was the first dress I tried on and it fit well so I didn’t bother even trying the small.

I wore this for family holiday photos and love the look. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it requires a stick on bra because of the open back, but I should have expected that. It’s very warm so when wearing in the winter even without tights or leggings, you won’t be cold.

Dress was cute concept but could see outline of entire chest and couldn't wear a bra. I'm short and dress was short, granted I have a bump. Made it work and got compliments. Made me look a little bigger bc of thick material

Wish this had been available earlier in the winter when I had more events and the weather was colder to wear it to. The material is thick and warm although as others have said, can't wear a bra with it. Flattering and the open back is a fun surprise.
