Gioia Side Slit Mini Skirt

Wore this for a girls' night out. Felt like a rockstar. The fit was perfect. Honestly, one of my favorite rentals. Considering buying. I'm about a 26 in the waist and 38.5 in the hips so it's nearly impossible to find a skirt that fits as well as this one. Highly recommend for my pear shaped girls.

Beware of the length -- this skirt is quite short! I wore this to a bachelorette party and it was the perfect night out skirt. I loved it!

Loved this skirt styled with a long blouse underneath. If I didn't have the long shirt I wouldn't have felt comfortable wearing it on it's own. I would've worn it with tights otherwise!

i rented this for a concert and loved it. the slit does go up VERY high (like top of thigh), but i wore an over sized shirt over it and didn't have to adjust it throughout the night because it stayed in place. overall super flattering, but a little put of my comfort zone. would totally rent again.

I thought the slit would make it too short, but it was perfect. Slit made it so my athletic thighs had more movement and I didn't feel like I was showing too much either, I was never worried about having to pull down my skirt for coverage or anything. So cute and great addition to any outfit

Did not read the description: guilty! The skirt has pinstripes and I was going for a more casual look. But the low rating is due to the sky high slit that makes this skirt unwearable. This baby did not see the light of day.

I didn’t love how it fit on my larger butt and thighs, a bit tight. But very cute!

I’m usually between a 2 and 4, 2 was a bit toooo small on my waist. Otherwise great, what you’d expect!

Rented this despite seeing reviews of it being tight and a high slit, the slit seemed fun. The sadness set in when I ordered the largest size and it still wouldn’t get over my hips. Disappointing to not see more size inclusivity for my thick /midsize girlies. Love the silhouette, fabric, and high slit detail. Just couldn’t get it in a size that fits my body.

Unfortunately, the slit on this was just too high for me to wear. It was fine while standing, but became inappropriate when I sat down.

This skirt was cute and fit nice but I got it intending to wear it with the matching top and the top was horrifically small. Not sure I would have ever rented this as a separate so swapping it in with the top for something new!

I'm 5' tall, 105 lbs, unable to wear xs. I wear my clothing short, this was too short for me. Size up accordingly.

Size up

Super cute skirt. Unfortunately runs a TOUCH smaller than I would like. The size I ordered fit well in the waist but was more body con than grazing, which I'm sure would work for some people but not me. It wasn't super forgiving. Material was just okay. I would be annoyed if I had purchased it but was happy with the rental. Will probably try renting again a size up

I was able to zip it, but there's no stretch so it was very tight and I never wore it. If you have a large waist/butt definitely size up. The slit also went very high up but since there's no give to the skirt, it didn't lay nicely and was like an open flap. Maybe a larger size would have looked better but I don't know if I’d try it again.

I was a little daring with this rental and my hesitations ended up being correct. I am usually a 6 (sometimes 8) and the 42 was too small. It rode up too much and with the slit, it was just a little bit too far out of my comfort zone. The larger size may have been better. The material and design were very nice though. I wished it had worked out.

These did not fit around my hips comfortably at all. Couldn't wear. 38' hips for reference. The M was super restrictive.
