Adorable structure (a little shoulder pad action too). but absolutely need a camisole or something underneath because the blazer top constantly gaps wipe open. Add that and a pair of tights and you're work appropriate!

Love this dress. Perfectly tailored professional look. Would rent again for sure. I did need to wear a shirt under due to gapping. I got a 6 this time but next time will try a 4 for even better fit. At 5’3” length is about as short as you can get away with for work so works well for petites.

I sized up to give myself a little more length making it too big in the chest and tbh it was still on the shorter side of what I’m comfortable with for work. Worn during my global onsite week and after work to a cocktail event got a ton of compliments!

Wore this dress over a white button down for my wedding anniversary dinner. I absolutely loved this dress and so did my husband; so much so, I’m thinking of buying it for myself. I received so many compliments at the restaurant we went to and I heard a lot of people tell their tables that this is the kind of dress they want. Absolutely loved this dress. P.S. I usually wear dress sizes 4-6, sometimes 8 if dresses run small. With ALC dresses, I’ve found that a size 4 fits me perfectly (27” waist, 38”-39” hips)

Girls, this hides/shows all the right stuff and it's comfortable! I wear a 36C and have a 36 in waist right now. It wasn't too short for me, it was perfect length to be sexy, but not too revealing (I'm 5'2)

Felt it was a bit short for work but others told me it was ok. I definitely had to wear something underneath because it showed way too much cleavage otherwise. Probably better for people without big b00bs because I felt it was a bit tight on the chest. Overall, still a nice piece.

Very high quality and classy. Only complaint is that it does gape a bit at the chest but I don't have very large breasts so maybe that wouldn't be an issue if you're bustier. It's definitely a dark navy.
