Shailene Midi Dress

The only negative is the lining can be a little tricky but this dress is gorgeous. Plenty of stretch. I sized down based on the reviews.

Had to fiddle with the lining a bit but once it was on, it wa great!

I ordered small & XS, both worked but the XS was better. Super comfortable & I did not find it restrictive while walking. I’m 107 lbs and 5ft tall. Don’t hesitate it was a winner.

Compliments ALL night with this dress. I hosted an event for 100 people and wore this, it was perfect. Comfortable and sexy, formal but fashion forward, all eyes on me. Paired with black high heel booties and black stockings. Tips: I liked the collar better when it was flipped down halfway so I stuck it with fashion tape. I also liked it better with more of a sweetheart neckline on the black inner slip and this was an easy fix with a rubber band around each strap to pull the fabric down slightly on each side. Lastly: the inner slip snaps off of the mesh overlay there are tiny snap over each shoulder, unsnap it to make it was easier to put on— this also makes it lie flatter in the shoulders. This is a MUST RENT!

I love the colors and the print. I love the thumb glove on the sleeves. I love the mesh layer over the slit. Perfect holiday dress.

I have hips, so am usually leery of snug dresses, but this one is very flattering. Better for taller gals. IG @bethielife

I loved this. The pattern is feminine and artistic, the sheerness over the black is edgy, and the sleeves over the thumbs make it interesting. Definitely would consider renting again

I was the lady in floral when everybody else was wearing black. Chic dress, comfy, and great pattern! Would wear again.

It is light and comfortable. I got tons of compliments. Sleeves have openings for thumbs. It's a fun dress!

Beautiful pattern for the fall, fit is TTS. Only one strap is connected so it was a little difficult to put on and take off, but it was worth the effort. The thumb holes are a fun detail too. Warm enough to wear in 40°F with a blazer

Perfect for a fall evening party at a cocktail bar. The small was comfortable and stretchy enough to move around. I was worried about how tight the bottom might be for walking but no issues. Love this dress!

Got so many compliments. It’s very lightweight, stretchy and doesn’t wrinkle. If it wasn’t so memorable, I’d buy it. It’s a fall or spring item because I definitely was hot inside of the party but kept warm enough outside at night.

I wore this dress for my 40th birthday. I was a little self conscious about my weight at the time and this dress made me feel fantastic! It was sexy, yet covered up. It fit in all the right places! It was a great choice for the 20 degree night!

I always get compliments (and my husband loves it too) when I rent AFRM dresses for a night out. The dress hugs your body and curves. For me, sometimes body-hugging styles make me feel attractive, and other times they don't look flattering, but I always think AFRM dresses look fabulous on all body types. Rock it confidently! The only reason I haven't purchased one yet is they come in so many colors and patterns, it's fun to rent all the options instead. Prepare to be one hot fashion icon in this!

Amazingly comfy soft, stretchy material that hugs and flaunts curves. Loved it and got lots of compliments. Tiny warning: the top layer randomly rode up to my waist while I was driving (not sure how) but stayed put just fine the rest of the night. But the bottom layer is thick enough, so worst case, no party fouls will be had! Runs just slightly large. I normally wear an XL but this large fit perfectly.
