Fit like a dream. I'm smaller on top and didn't need a bra. Thick material that feels nice without being heavy. Got the compliment "now that's a dress!"

i wore this to see a play. i could see this dress being super versatile for work events, date nights, wedding guest, MOTB dress even! It’s gorgeous and feels expensive. details are exquisite. a little tight in the bust for me, but i’m 34G so most things are. would rent again for a dressy occasion!

I knew I wanted a navy dress with amazing cap sleeves and this dress from Phillip Lim fit the bill - professional yet, unique with beautiful details. I wore it to a photo shoot for professional head shots.

This was a fabulous fit - can be dressed up and dressed down. LOVED this, wish it weren't so spendy or I would have bought it.

So good! The material, eyelets, rich navy blue, the silhouette, the cut,…everything about this dress is perfect! I even took some professional shots in it, because I was looking for something that was work appropriate, but not a blazer.

The bottom of this dress is completely see-through, but it’s not revealing. The top detail is beautiful and I love that it has the little cap sleeves. If you want to be modest, and sexy this is the dress. This would be great for an event. I could not wear this as a work dress.

This is so much better than I expected - and I had high expectations. I’m in awe of the fabric, construction and details. The curve of the seam at the hip, the tulip sleeves (easy to move your arms), the straps to cinch the waist, the eyelet inserts and the hi-lo hem are all brilliant. The sizing is TTS but if I wasn’t a 32DDD I could totally size down to a 2. It’s supposed to be a midi but I think it looks damned good as a maxi on me. I’m wearing a 3” heel but I could also wear cute flats. I’m so happy the weather is cooperating (70° through Monday) so I can wear it to work. Put this on your “A List” because this will look amazing on everyone!

I loved this dress and the adjustable waist made it extra comfortable. It's feminine while also being edgy which is a fun combo. Highly recommend this dress.

So cute and I love how you can adjust the side ties. If you are a little bustier I'd size up! The neck is a little on the tighter side.

This was a well made lovely dress! I wore for a presentation and got lots of compliments. It's fitted through the bodice and does not have stretch. Very pretty dress overall!

Rented this for a rehearsal dinner but went in another direction! Wish I had somewhere to wear it to!! Beautiful dress. The sides are adjustable so you can really emphasize your waist!

The hem is a high-low cut and allows for slight fit adjustment with the straps on the sides I probably would have sized down to a zero if it was available, but the 2 worked well enough.

I absolutely loved this. It fit just right and was a flattering cut. There’s a little bit of a high low situation which is nice. It was out of my price range otherwise I would have bought it. Nicely constructed with a lot of details in the fabric

Love this dress! I was approached at work two times asking for the designer's dets. There's a lot of fabric so might not be great on the petite, but with my height I think I pulled it off. Will rent again.

Interesting dress. Very comfortable. Fits well in the waist. A little long for a short person like me.

I felt like a modern, slightly edgy princess in this one! The angles and details on this dress are very cool. I have a boyish figure (kind of straight up and down) and the cut on this one created a lovely waistline.

This dress is a stunner. I got so many compliments wearing it. It’s a unique style and feels very high quality. It has no give In the fabric so if your between sizes or bigger busted I would size up.

Well, that’s how I felt wearing it to work, and then a work dinner. Sometimes we rent a dress that just makes you think, “my body is fine, I’m just too poor to buy $$$ the right dresses”. This is exactly that. It fit my short torso well and didn’t sit weirdly on my tummy because it was crafted to have just enough material to glide over it vs hug. Truly well designed. I would have purchased, but RTR’s 1% discount wasn’t really gonna knock that price down enough. 😂

Absolutely gorgeous dress. The details are what really make this a standout piece. It fit perfectly. I wore it to work; but a ladies brunch, graduation or a casual wedding would also be places I would wear this dress as well. The fabric is a bit heavier, but the decorative “holes” kept it feeling light. Would rent this again in a heartbeat.

Flattering, comfortable and chic

Super elegant, high quality, well constructed, adjustable waist (!!!). Wore to several formal events. Appropriate for work events as well. Love the cap sleeves and the cut outs which aren’t too high but add a nice element. Highly recommend for a daytime formal event or work events.

I wasn’t sure about this one, and wow. Man, woman, child, and dog complimented this dress. Just rent it and feel good about yourself (Yes, the neck is tight).

This dress was a total win. I wore it twice—once to a birthday dinner and again to a networking event—and I loved it both times. The sheer detail added so much dimension and kept it lightweight, but the fabric still had enough structure to feel really flattering. I especially loved the waist ties because I could cinch it in just right, and the sleeves were such a cute touch. My fiancé even said “that’s a keeper” when I tried it on and was genuinely bummed it wasn’t mine to keep. This might be one I have to buy down the road but eitherway will definitely be renting it again.

This is my second time renting this dress. The first time I did not wear it because I could not find an event to wear it to. This time wore it out to dinner because I love it. The dress runs a bit small. I wore an 8 and the 6 would have been snug. One of my favorite rentals.

This dress was the perfect combination of conservative appropriate and unique. It is cotton and has zero stretch. Had to steam quite a bit to get the wrinkles out.

I really loved this dress. Just wasn’t quite right for my summer event. For a fall or winter event it’d be perfect. I even sized down to a 6 on my 5’5” 150lbs hourglass shaped body. Will rent again for a different event!!
