She is short and she is flirty. Thick fabric that’s very fitted at the waist. She’s casual and very feminine but starting to show signs of wear.

I tried this skirt with several different tops, and none of the looks worked. The fit is strange, and even my sister, who is 5 inches shorter than me, tried it on and it was equally unflattering. I suspect the elasticized torso section is just too long. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this one…
