I fell in love with this top and ended up buying it. It’s super flattering light weight and doesn’t wrinkle even after wearing it all day. 10\10 would recommend.

I love this shirt. I do rtr for work clothes and this was a little risque for work with the open back- I wore it anyway and people loved it but I just felt a little too exposed in back asy office is quite conservative. Fit was TTS.

I read in the details of a gathered back so I thought this might be more than a simple white top. But it's actually a cut out with a twist. Hopefully the picture helps will help you know what to expect! The 2 fit but if between sizes or unsure, size up because it is cut slim

Ordered this for a mature version of an Eloise costume. The chest runs extremely small and the buttons pull the entire time where you’re afraid they might come off. And that’s saying something as something as someone who didn’t wear a bra with it and has a pretty small chest. The back was cute added detail, but since I wore the shirt tucked it, it actually became a hassle to try and keep it tucked. Also pretty sure your bra straps show in the back cause of it. All the reviews are true. Weirdest fitting shirt. The shoulders are extreme exaggeration so to be honest didn't feel corporate to me. Then the waist is very fitted before coming out again. I felt really odd wearing this shirt.

This shirt actually worked for me. You may need to consider what undergarments (if any) you wear because the back will show most bras. I was able to adjust and it worked. The sleeves are puffy - but I liked that.

Get this if you want to feel instantly chic. Ties your whole look together and makes you feel and look CRISP.

if i sized down i do not think it would fit around my bust.

This style was awesome, just didn't fit me. I ordered a 10 as I'm pretty true to size in missy brands, but this was too small. Next time I'll size up and hopefully get to wear! I didn't not realize it has a cut out in the back, but that would easily be fixed with a white tank underneath.

Really cute top that I wore in September. Great transition shirt from summer to fall which I wore with plaid brown pants to work. Flirty and cute. But beware, if you are chesty size 2 sizes up. I’m a 36D and I sized up from 6 to 8 and I feel like I should have went to 10. I had to constantly adjust my top (buttons).

it fit fine but when i say done the buttons pulled leaving small holes in between buttons so i would recommend to size up

Great style lines and loved the linen fabric. Unfortunately, the fit is off through the bust and waist. Loved the sleeve.

Wanted to like this shirt but it just didn't work. Loved the puff sleeves, but the open back was too loose and the fit was weird.

Unfortunately I think this would fit a shorter person better. It was almost too short on me and slightly cropped. Puffy sleeves where incredible and I loved the cut out on the back

The material is thin and see through. I could not button the shirt over my bust. Not much give to the material. Very pretty shirt though. I would size up if you have a bigger bust.

Unfortunately this did not fit. Also, I did not notice the detail on the back that is open. It would not be appropriate for work.

Plus the back opening is way bigger than in the pic

Was one of my least favorite RTR shirts. It was too tight in the chest ( I do have large boobs) but then way too long/ loose in the back.

Absolutely adored this shirt and received so many compliments on it, but it had a strange open back. If you subscribe to the idea that the back of you is not your problem, this shirt is perfect for you!

This top is really cute and fits well. However, it wrinkles really easily & you could see the holes between the buttons.

I dont know how I feel about this shirt. The concept is really good, the sleeves are fun and so is the little gap in the back. What i didnt like is the neckline is too deep but the waist is narrow so if you have anything excess in the mid-section its hard to hide it. Length is weird so definitely pair with high waisted pants but if the pants have a bulkier waistband it will show....okay you get it. Too many logistical problems but okay to wear once or twice for flare
