I absolutely love this bag! It is the definition of the perfect everyday black bag that can seamlessly transition into night. It's big enough to fit all my essentials (phone, wallet, keys, lipstick, etc.) without feeling bulky. My favorite feature is that it fits perfectly right under the shoulder, making it comfortable and secure to carry all day long. This is now my go-to! Highly recommend!

The size is perfect. The top of the bag is hard so it didn't work as an under the shoulder bag for me, so I used the long strap.

I don't know where the negative reviews are coming from. I thought the magnetic open/close was so user-friendly, especially when you want to get into your bag quickly. The handle works on the forearm or shoulder, and the longer strap is perfect length for someone my height to put on the shoulder. The black goes with everything and the bag itself is super light weight. A favorite rental of all time.

Regretted returning it. Trying to find it online now to rent again or purchase. It's amazing - the magnet buttons - MUAH. The two strap options, forgetaboutit! Goes with everything. Why I returned it? What was I thinking.. should have bought it!

Fits over the shoulder with short strap but the hard boxy top isn't comfortable to wear that way.

It's the right size for work but the shoulder strap felt awkward. I don't think it's needed.

No matter which strap you choose to use, there was no way to remove or tuck the other strap out of the way or out of view. It was awkward.

why can't things be easy - why do we need two flaps to keep the purse closed?

Very uncomfortable to hold under the arm because the top is thick and rigid , did not wear it
