Sturdy denim dress with fun tailoring details and a fit that will cantilever your cleavage to high-heaven. Fun for drinking beers or being a little ridiculous out with friends. I felt simultaneously contained by the excellent construction and high-quality material, yet liberated by the fun tailoring and showing off more cleavage than I might feel comfortable in a less constructed dress. Sizing is true trending toward small. Doesn't have a ton of give.

The look of this is beautiful. However the denim is very heavy so it is not great for summer. Also the chest and straps run large and you can see right down the top even though the dress fits everywhere else. I didn't wear it out for this reason unfortunately

i tried it on and it was cute but too warm for our muggy Florida weather, it was planned for a trip to Niagara falls. comfy and warm could handle the water if i got wet, never wore it

Don’t even waste your rental slot on this dress. It heavy, doesn’t stretch, and has weird cut. I ordered 2 sizes up and it was lose on my hips, way loose on my waist, but too tight across the chest. I couldn’t even zip it up. Great design concept, horrible execution.

Nothing says "happy birthday 'Mercia" like denim. The irony here is it is an English designer. I rented the size 8 equivalent and I dare say it was a little large- in the boob! This is rather shocking given my DD s. Maybe it was just the length between shoulder and bust that was funky, all I know is I paired it with a red lace bra and wore it vintage dolce and Gabbana style . With red pumps and then red flat sandals . Stretchy denim, sexy cut.

It fits small in waist and great for those with nice slender legs, not complimentary if you have large hips. It overall fit me well.

I wonder if the previous reviewers were sent the US size instead of UK size? I sized down based on previous reviews and ordered a 0. I am typically a 2 or 4. (32c 26 33) 5.5. It was way too small in the chest area. Fit perfectly at the waist and hips. If I was to order again, I would actually size up to a 4. I doubt I will because the length was very unflattering on me.

The quality of the dress is fantastic but it fits very unusual around the chest area. It is a UK size 12 and an American size 8. I wear an American size 8 and it was a very large on me. I'm not sure if a smaller size would look right either. Unfortunately I sent it back without wearing.
