Got lots of compliments and people asking me where I got my dress! For anyone who has a smaller bust, definitely recommend sizing down (especially if you plan on being on the dance floor!). I originally ordered this dress with the blue sash in a size 6 & 8 instead of the pink but they were too large in the chest & the size 6 had a rip in it. Had to request the next size down from RTR - luckily the replacement dress came just in time for the wedding and fit like a dream! Definitely recommend wearing with a tall heel if you're 5'5" or below, with 5 inch platform heels the dress just hit the floor. Any shorter and I would've been tripping over it!

Fit great, no need to size up or down. Used fashion tape for top just so it laid nicer. Sash,bow hid some tummy and I felt good in this dress!

Loved wearing this dress! It was stunning and very unique for a black tie optional wedding. The fabric is stretchy, so it's very comfortable to wear all night. I had a 3" heel and it went right to the floor for me, so I could have had a higher heel. It stayed up very well all night even with dancing as well. The lining definitely shows at the top, but I don't think that took away from the overall look. The size 4 was definitely too big for me, but the 2 was perfect. I usually wear a small in shirts and size 2 or 4 for blazers and a 25 or 26 for jeans.

I loved this dress so much! It was so classy and different which I loved. I received many compliments throughout the night and I felt so elegant in it. Ordered a size 4 and fit TTS.

Great dress. Was comfortable to sit and move in. Lots of compliment. Could have gone with either the 12 or the 14, but was worried the 14 was a little too loose on the top. Wore with a strapless bra, but feel you could definitely get away without one.

An absolutely beautiful dress that received many compliments! Size wise, I think it was true to size with the exception of the chest area. I’m a true size 8 with a 34D and I definitely could’ve used a tad extra room up top. Other than that, it fit like a glove and the length was perfect for my height of 6’0” with very short heels.

Very fitted column dress. Elegant and quietly sexy. Modest side slit and no obvious cleavage, so it’s appropriate for anywhere. That beautiful pop of color does all the talking, so a sparkly earring and soft pink nails are all you need to add. It is long, so if you’re on the shorter side and don’t wear sky-high heels, get the temporary hem tape. Enjoy!!

This gown is to DIE FOR! If I needed it for something else, I would absolutely buy it. The fit was perfect, fabric was incredible, the bow wrap extremely elegant. My only complaint is that it’s a little short and the boning at the top of the bust wasn’t sitting quite right in my chest. Overall, would get again.

I wore this dress to my Junior Vocal Recital. This dress was a HIT! Although perfect in style, I noticed the dress ran the risk of sagging in the front, which I easily fixed using double-sided fashion tape. It is best to wear your true dress size. I am 5’3”/petite and I also fit a size 2 because the material is breathable and forgiving. I chose to wear the size 4 because it fit more natural over my body, making the dress look seamless and sleek for such a formal event. Best of hope to you on your Dress Journey!

I love the dress! Simple, comfortable and elegant. Also I am tall and the length of the dress was perfect, if I had to improve something would be the neckline did not fit me perfectly to my contour.

The dress has some stretch so it’s safe to say size down a size and you’ll be snatched in! I’m usually a 6, but the 4 fit perfectly it was just a bit long on me because I’m a short girly.

This was a replacement dress for me and i am so glad i got it. I'm an 8-10 depending on brand and due to the straight line of the dress I decided to wear the 12 but could have worn the 10. There is a built in clasp at the bust that helped reinforce the strapless bra. It kept me from feeling like i need to tug the dress up which is great. Lots of compliments at the black tie event I wore it to. The purple is an awesome color.

The top is a bit challenging if you have a bigger bust, but the lines on this dress are beautiful. I would not recommend this dress for a warm weather event, the fabric is heavy, but this dress is so beautiful

So, this was actually a replacement dress that RTR graciously sent me after the dress I planned to wear was too big. I am so glad that first dress didn’t work! This dress was so flattering, fun, and comfortable. I received so many compliments and felt amazing all night. It stayed up without issue through a LOT of dancing, and photographed well. If you’re on the fence, go for this one! One note - there is a strap inside you can fasten for added security. It’s almost like a bra strap. I initially had it on, but it rubbed against my skin in an uncomfortable way, so I undid it about an hour in. It had no impact on the way the dress fit.

Great dress for the formal wedding we attended at The Dominion in San Antonio. Lots of compliments and fits so well.

The gown is so unique and fun and it fit me like a glove… Mostly. The top seems like it was made for someone with a very large chest. I don’t think any amount of fashion tape was going to keep the top in place. A creatively pinned vintage brooch solved the problem, but I was almost out of luck before I figured that out.

I got so many compliments on my dress at the gala I attended. I ordered the 8 and 10 as I'm usually i'm between depending on brand sizes, I went with the 10 as I didn't want to be too tight sitting for the program part of it. It had a good amount of stretch and was really comfortable fabric. I wore it with some black 3" heels with a silver embellishment on them. Definitely will be using RTR again no questions asked!!!

This dress is very true to size. Material is forgiving. The purple color makes it pop. I received so many compliments. I’m tall and have a long torso and it was perfect.

loved this dress - fit was good and despite appearances it was pretty comfortable/easy to wear and dance in. was a little long - at 5’2”, I wore 6 inch heels and it juuuuust grazed the floor, but wasn’t really an issue other than navigating outside/grass.

Beautiful dress, but ended up not wearing it for the black tie optional wedding I was going. I will definitely be renting it for another event where this fits the vibe more.

Very beautiful classic dress with color! Super flattering. The size 6 fit in the body but was tight in the bodice. The size 8 fit great for “the girls” and was still fitted enough in the body of the gown to not look big or sloppy. Thick material with little give.

I have had my eye on this gown forever and jumped at the opportunity to rent it. It was honestly a size too big, but I loved it still. It was super easy to throw on and it was comfortable the entire night. I will 100% be renting this again in the other color!
