See-through but pretty color and airy as a boating bathing suit coverup. Not lined.
As other review said it is see-through and makes a nice bathing suit cover-up I word this over my bathing suit boating and at the yacht club. The skirt is not lined in very airy and comfortable to wear but you can definitely see through it. The waist is very stretchy and the skirt is pretty short. The color was beautiful.

The fabric is so light it's see-through. You'll have to get creative with your undergarments - ended up not wearing this out.
