This dress was perfect for a friend's wedding. I wore it 30 weeks pregnant and probably could keep wearing that size throughout the rest my pregnancy. It has structure but give and it was the perfect timeless look!
The dress is an elastic material which was great for late pregnancy and probably means it would easily fit a variety of body shapes. If you are really sensitive to material, you might find the dress a little scratchy and there are seams on the stomach. Overall, this did not bother me and I found the stretch to be really comfortable all night long. This dress was a little large in the shoulders/chest and fell a little long, but that's pretty much the case with every dress due to my petite size. You could easily dress this up or down to work for a wedding, work function, or something similar.
I rented this dress last pregnancy too and it is a beautiful, well made, classic style. Stretchy, thick enough to hide imperfections, and the little flare skirt is so cute.

Wore it to work several times - it was a little loose around the shoulders as I have a short torso, but very comfy, stylish, stretchy and matched well with a bright jacket for third trimester

Comfortable fit for work at 39 weeks. Medium fit well (pre-pregnancy size usually is small). The length is just a bit strange for shorter women (but I care much more about comfort being this pregnant!)
Didn’t wear, but very comfortable at 34 weeks pregnant

This dress was super comfortable and fit well, I just didn’t like that it looked kind of frumpy. The length of it made it look that way with the bump. I wore a different black RTR maternity dress that hit right above the knees instead which felt more stylish and form fitting.
Wore for a wedding and danced the night away in it. Fit right in all the places you need it to. A little long but tulip flare at bottom a nice. It's thicker material was rich looking. Needed to lint roll myself twice though. I'd wear again!
The fabric is a very stretchy cotton like blend. It just slips over your head and hugs all your preggo curves. It was very flattering even though I was 36 weeks pregnant. I got several compliments and would even wear this dress not pregnant if it were not maternity. If you are earlier in your pregnancy, like 1st or 2nd trimester, it may run a little big. So maybe size down for your back up size.
Comfortable, true to size, and flattering. Fabric is nice and thick. I sized up since I’m 9 months pregnant but I wish I hadn’t. I prefer a more form-fitting dress and this felt slightly frumpy in the bigger size. Great staple item!
Fit great, very comfortable stretchy material and was even a bit loose for 32 week belly. It was too long for me though, hit almost mid calf - I'm 5' 4". Would be very flattering for someone taller.
I would only recommend this dress if you are at least 30 weeks pregnant. Otherwise, it just hangs like a sack dress and is extremely unflattering. I definitely have a noticeable bump, but you couldn't see it at all in the dress. Was very bummed.
