Initially, I was bummed that I did not size up. BUT, ultimately it worked well under my suit coat and the crop wasn’t an issue at all.

Great fit and it has a cropped feel without being to short. You can dress this up with a pencil skirt or throw on with jeans and boots

I'm between a medium and small, went with medium. Maybe a small would have been better- but this fit boxy and wide. Wore to work once.
