The chest buttons were loose so I had to clothespin it. I reported the issue so they can righted the buttons. Overall this dress is really cool fabric so perfect for warm fall, and it's very flattering!

Wore this for a presentation at work and loved it! Runs big so size down! Also don't wear colorful underwear- the bottom is surprisingly see through!!

Read others' reviews and decided to size way up and try this dress anyways. Bad choice. Don't do it. The sleeves are impossibly tight, even on the largest size available.

I'm in between a small and medium but went with a small so it didn't look too wide at the hip/skirt. It was a little tight in the shoulder, but looked better overall.

The materiality is so pretty and polished. This dress has the potential to be an every day look or can be dressed up for a brunch or daytime event. I received many compliments on it.

Fits great, beautiful material

As other wearers have mentioned, the arms are tight! If I moved too much, the buttons in the front would pop open. Would recommend wearing a white tank underneath or sizing up. Still, a cute dress, but won't rent again because of the sizing issue.

I wore this dress to work and got so many compliments! It's an easy dress to wear, has pearl buttons for some flare, and material is great! The dress is a little snug in the arms but other than that pretty true to size. I'd buy this dress for a permanent dress to have in my work wardrobe!

I rented this for work but ended up wearing it to a baby shower. It looks very sophisticated on but is casual enough to wear during the day. The only negative is that it's a little short (I'm 5'5").

The dress itself is cute, but the sleeves are small. The rest of the dress fit, but because the sleeves were tight it was tugging at the chest and keeping the dress from hanging the way it should. I sent it back without wearing it :(

Size up.... very cute, beautiful dress but the arms were too slim for me... im a classic size6/8 and usually wear medium but should have gotten the large!

Great dress for work, very flattering and conservative. Do note, the buttons come undone at the even the slightest movement. Felt like it was all I could think about all day. They would pop open randomly. The holes are way too large for the pearl buttons. As other users mentioned, recommend pinning the dress.

The pearl buttons are slippery. The buttons kept popping open, even when the dress was loose fitting. If I hadn't worn a tank underneath I would have flashed people all day long.

I'm pretty much a medium in everything but this wouldn't even fit my arms! It was too small by a long shot!! I'd say size up for sure and maybe even size up x2. Cute dress though. I think it would still be a rather short dress even if the right size, so not sure if I could swing it for work.

Hoped to wear this dress for church/everyday but the arms were very small/tight for a size L. Unless you have super thin arms, size up generously. Very cute and great quality otherwise.

This is a beautiful dress- the fabric is great. The fit is as expected, but the thread on the buttons was really long - so the buttons would fall out of the button hole (the dress was actually loose across my shoulders and chest)

I loved the cut of this dress, loved the fabric (definitely thicker than it appears online) but the sleeves were so tight I couldn't raise my arms above my head! I did get an XS instead of my usual S because it was what was available in the store, but I don't have particularly big arms and the rest of the dress fit perfectly. It's too bad because I LOVED this dress but would definitely have to size up significantly.

This dress looked beautiful. It's a lovely luxe fabric, with pearl buttons. I put it on and immediately was stuck in it. The arms were so tight, rendering me early immobile. I was able to button the pearls (taking it off wasn't going to be an option that day.) while over a few hours the dress (and thankfully the arms) did stretch some, the buttons would pop open every time I moved my arms above my waist. The dress fit with no snugness anywhere other than my arms. If you have very thin arms and no reason to move them, this is the perfect dress for you!

This looked so cute. It arrived new with tags. It wasn't what I excepted. The material was a little heavy but high quality. However, it doesn't drape well. It wasn't true to size but it was too big and too small at the same time. It just fit with my chest and shoulders. It wasn't tight but it wasn't a loose fit. It is super short (but the lack of draping and my disproportionate chest size probably contributed to that). And from the rib cage down it was big (but the style). I'm not sure what body type this would work for--probably straight and narrow. Although it could be just right for someone who is more proportional and shorter. The overall scale was off for me. Never thought I would make that statement in regards to clothes.

Fabric is too heavy for summer wear

Arms were way too tight. So was bust area. Could not wear. Literally was cutting off the circulation on my arms, and I do not have big arms.

I was so excited about this dress and it even arrived new with tags. But it was not flattering on my petite frame. The waist line hit at an awkward place and as a result the shift style was not flattering. It ran big overall and this was the smallest size so no way to size down. The colors are really pretty and the fabric feels great but I think you need to be taller and a bit wider to wear this successfully.

I wanted this to work so badly because I loved the look and material in store. As other reviewers have warned, the arms are TIGHT! And if you have any type of chest, then the shoulders and chest are tight too. Didn't work at all for me.

Have been eyeing this dress and even tried on the xs before at the store and I was just a little tight in arms. I saw the small today and snagged it without trying on: big mistake because while it fits perfectly, the bottoms are so slippery hat they pop open with any movement!
