Your shipment will be delivered to your door in 1-2 business days.
If you're loving an item, you don't have to send it back! Keep it in your rotation. It will always count as one spot in your current shipment.
Schedule an at-home pickup using the RTR app, or just drop off at your nearest UPS location.
Once you're ready for your next shipment, choose new items and anything you want to keep renting at home. Once you confirm, you'll be asked to return items the following day.
Your first 60 days are risk-free! If you don't like an item for any reason, let us know in the app. You'll get free replacements when you create your next shipment.
All repairs are free! Just return the item and leave the rest to us.
